Charming, one bedroom, one bath unit attached to the larger Dowd A. Ocean front, with great views of the ocean, approximately 2 miles from Waldport. Queen bedroom upstairs with full bath. Main level has living area and fully equipped kitchen. Fireiplaces in both family room and bedroom. Balcony upstairs with views off the master bedroom. Deck off the lower level with BBQ, beach access less than a block away. Wifi available. Sleeps 2. 1 dog limit.

Everything was wonderful,had an absolute fantastic time. Did have a squirrel issue one night, but that is to expected, nature surrounds you, and that's no fault to the home but a plus!... We have rented this home twice and we will rent it again!!!! Next time both A&B.; A big thanks to the Dowds for making the home available! Note: Careful to watch small dogs (toys and ex small)due to the osprey's and eagles.....

Super location, perfect size, cozy, clean and comfortable pretty well describes this little gem. Love the 2 fireplaces too! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks Bayshore for being so courteous, efficient and welcoming. You're the best!

Enjoyed! We will use your service again. Started fire at lower level, Very Smokey. I question if the sheets had been changed as it looked as though maybe not. Still enjoyed !

The stay was great. I really appreciated how fully stocked the kitchen was. The only thing in fact on the whole property that was not pleasant and enjoyable was the squirrel living in the wall digging and scratching all night right above our heads. lol But it hardly deterred really from the great time we had there besides. Great view, great beach access, fireplace was ideal, and a great time was had by us both. Thanks again.

We have been on squirrel patrol for a couple of months now. That darn critter, we think he's on the roof not in the wall as we cannot see where he can be coming in. The roof is metal and we think his noises are magnified but he's outside not in the wall.

When we first arrived we discovered Doud B was nicer than we were expecting. It's a perfect place for R&R.; The location was great, beautiful scenery, privacy A+. The only thing we didn't like was the couch, it's a little worn out. Over all Doud B is a great place. We hope to return someday and would highly recommend it to any one who wants to enjoy the Oregon Coast. To the Doud family I want to say thank you for sharing your home, it has been a blessing to us.

We have stayed at this home before and, as always, enjoyed it. We like this small unit - especially the part where the kids aren't with us! The jacuzzi tub is so relaxing and the unit is just right for a couple get away!

Great experience, nice location, easy to find. The rental came with everything, just bring your bags in and settle down. Nice & clean, looked like a postcard, great view of the ocean, easy access to the beach. Really nice area, many attractions to see & do even in the off season. had a great time would do again & highly recommend.

The condition of the property was good, however, the furniture and its layout was not very comfortable.Only one person could "lounge" comfortably while watching movies.Perhaps a comfy love seat or 2 love seats and no couch and mounting the TV on wall over the fireplace would help. The location was very nice and the view, lovely. However, the front yard to the right was not kid friendly as it had a substantial drop should have a fence or some kind of barrier, as the small sign that is currently posted is not adequate.
