Beautiful two bedroom, 2 full bath home in the Sandpiper neighborhood of Waldport. Each bedroom is on a separate floor allowing for privacy. Bedrooms have queen beds and there's a full bath on each level. Awesome views from the living areas on the main floor and deck facing west. Family room off kitchen with TV and gas log fireplace. Double car garage. Wifi, Dogs allowed.

Lea House is in a very quiet location and is a perfect place for the two of us to get away from the stress of everyday life. It is a great place to read, relax, look at the ocean and go for wonderful walks. Waldport has everything we need - good grocery store, movie rentals, etc. This is our favorite place to stay at the beach.

My husband and I had a great three and a half days in Waldport at Lea house in May. Beautiful weather. Nice house, comfortably furnished with great kitchen and good view of the ocean, which is just a short block from the beach. The beach itself is wide and sandy and stretches far into the distance-- a great walking beach. We also went tidepooling at Seal Rock, about an 8 mile drive away. We will be back!

second time in a month! This house is perfect for 4 people, kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans. The view is beautiful and 1 block to the beach
The only thing I might like to see is the down stairs bed to be upgraded. -

My mom and aunt rented this home for my family and my sister's family to come visit. We came to it sight unseen and were SO SO happy when we saw it. Beautiful home, immaculate, roomy. Perfect location that was just a block from the sand and ocean but yet still had a great view. We felt like we'd been handed a five-star resort vacation. We would stay here again if the occasion arises. It's perfect for sunsets and storms, high def flatscreen TV with Dish Network for entertainment, Wifi for staying in touch with work. We were there for nine days and hated to leave. The folks at Bayshore's rental office were wonderful as well. Can't find even one small negative thing to complain about or even comment on. It was perfect. Highly recommend. Thank you!!!

The house was immaculately clean, comfortable, and exactly as promised. It's about a block from the beach so you have to look over houses to see the ocean, but the views are fantastic and beach access is very close. The kitchen is the most well-stocked kitchen I've ever cooked in. The layout - one bed & bath on the main living floor, 1 downstairs) is ideal for 2 couples or 2 single people/friends as you can have privacy. Wonderful experience.

We enjoyed the house. It wasn't completely clean, but we understood the people before us left it in rough shape. My wife had a suggestion for some towel hooks in the downstairs bathroom. There really isn't much space to hang things to dry and hooks would be a nice addition. Also, a few basics in the kitchen would be nice...spices, basic condiments, etc. It's hard to know in advance what to plan for, and it's hard to buy that kind of stuff knowing you'll just be throwing it away in a couple of days.

Well equipped house, good views of the ocean, quiet and very comfortable. The separation of bedroom space worked perfectly for us. We would prefer a house right on the beach but in the absense of being able to do that, this house is the next best thing. Affordably priced, a good deal.

Though this house is on the market (and we're not buying, just renting), we'd rent it again in a heartbeat. Fantastic view, 2 blocks to beach access, minutes from Waldport, very helpful, friendly staff.

We had a great time. The view was super, the house was comfortable and we used the garage for our cars. If I could change anything it would be the furniture in the living room where we spent most of our time. We had to rearrange everything so we could view the TV,the cushion would not stay in the white chair and it was uncomfortable, the recliner back is stiff around the head area and makes your neck sore and the sofa sags a bit. Otherwise the house had everything we needed. Great heating system and the kitchen was fully equipted.

Toliet set needs replaced. Bed down stairp needs replaced, plywood is not comfortable. Bedding didn't smell clean on bed down stairs. nice home, would rent again. thank you

We didn't realize the toilet seat needed replacing until you told us when you checked out. We are always on call and would have been happy to replace it had we known. The same goes for the bedding, but not sure we could have replaced the bed. We try to provide the best customer service available, we are on call 24/7, we are owner/family operated and have been for 40 years. If ever you have issues we are more than happy to respond immediately.

We stayed at Lea House for 4 nights and absolutely loved it. Very clean and views from the living room and kitchen are breathtaking. The house has everything you need for relaxing, fun stay at the coast. Loved the close walk to the beach (less that 2 blocks). Would definitely return to this beautiful home for another coast get-away!

I rented 3 Bayshore houses for a crowd of 14 people for a week in August. Everyone had a wonderful time, and it was great to have their own spaces to retreat to for naptime or relaxation. The homes were spotless and welcoming. This definitely set the bar for family reunions. Thank you Bayshore!
