Spectacular, sweeping ocean views from this almost brand new home in Bayshore. 2 bedrooms, one with king bed and one queen. Two baths, one full bath with tub and shower, master has large shower. Washer/dryer. Wifi. Pellet stove. Approximately six block walk to beach from home. Wifi, no dogs please. Near Kaminski. Sleeps 4. Hot tub is no longer available.

We loved our stay at the POB! The house was very clean and fully equipped. The view of the ocean was wonderful and the location was easy to find off the highway. Very close to Newport and state beaches.
My only negatives would be the lack of blinds on the front door and kitchen (we're big into privacy)and the lack of channels on the tv. If this is your first visit to Newport, note the stores close around 5:30 and the restauraunts around 7!
Would stay there again if I ever visited Waldport/Newport again. -

This was a lovely and comfortable home with a beautiful view. We have stayed in the area before but I like this home the best. The house and kitchen were very well equipped and we had just about everything we could have needed. The only thing lacking was a large drink pitcher so I bought one at the Dollar Store, used it for the week and left it in the cupboard. We will return! Just wish it was closer so we could get there more often. Would make a wonderful weekend get away for anyone as well as a longer stay. Won't even consider a hotel after this!

Our family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights. It was the perfect get-away amidst the holiday bustle. The warm tones of the house were very inviting and lifted our spirits right away after a long and rainy drive. The house has all the modern amenities, including individually-controlled room heating. The master bedroom was spacious, and the bed was soft and very comfortable! Of course, best of all was the sweeping ocean view. Waldport is a very quiet place with not much to do, which is perfect if you're looking to unwind and just read a book or play some board games. The nearby Seal Rock beach is a wonderful spot for a stroll and some stunning nature photography. We will definitely come back.

My family of four stayed here for 4 nights in December. It was a wonderful retreat during the cold and rainy winter days. We had a expansive view of the ocean, and the rooms were spacious and warm. I can't remember the last time I had such good sleep anywhere! The location was convenient and easy to find. Our rental manager left the lights on for us when we got in late the first day. It really made for a welcoming home away from home.

This house is stunning. It is welcoming and warm but still spacious, clean and comfortable. The house lacks for nothing in terms of amenities and the view is spectacular. My partner, Ben and I are from Australia and we spent a month travelling through the USA. We stayed here over the 4th of July holiday and had an absolutely brilliant time. After facetiming with family back home over the complimentary wifi, we loved listening to the ocean at night and sitting on the veranda while eating meals we had cooked ourselves in the very well stocked kitchen. The town itself is lovely and idyllic. The locals were friendly and we had a great night sitting on the beach with the whole town watching the fireworks over the water. I would recommend this house to anyone and we certainly plan a return visit in the future.

Our stay at Pacific Ocean Blue was truly memorable. Our family enjoyed 4 days in this very comfortable home. We loved the view, the skylights and bright cheery interior. The deck allowed some great days admiring the beauty of the ocean. We will plan on staying here again our next trip to Waldport. Thanks to the owners of this wonderful property for sharing it with us and for the staff of Bayshore for another great stay at the beach.

There was 4 ladies that rented the house in total and we had a wonderful stay, the house was spacious, clean and very nicely laid out. Beautiful view, quiet, awesome garden out front and very friendly staff at the rental office. We will definitely be back but perhaps stay closer to Newport as that seemed to be where we ended up most often. So thank you from all of us, see you again next year.

This home is very comfortable and a great place to relax, enjoy the view. Shopping not far away, allot of places to go and visit in Newport and Lincoln City. Enjoyed the stay again and will be back.

This beach house was exactly what I was looking for in a romantic weekend getaway for my birthday! The house was lovely, well-decorated, and clean. The view from the master bedroom was amazing, and the house was stocked with just about everything we would expect. My only disappointment was the lack of cookware, (mixing bowls of the right size) food storage containers, and measuring utensils. This however was not a big problem and did not stop me from cooking lots of tasty meals.
Overall we had a fantastic stay and are looking forward to staying there again. Maybe next time we will bring some friends as the house has plenty of room for two couples.Response from Bayshore Rentals LLC - 01/18/2012

Nice house with an amazing ocean view. Great kitchen with lots of pots and pans to choose from. A whisk would be a nice addition to the kitchen tools. Minutes to Waldport and the beach. Comfortable beds, plenty of room for the 6 of us, but we felt the house could use some more "stretching out" furniture in the living room. Bathrooms very nice especially the walk-in shower! We will stay here again.

The only thing that would have made it better was if the hot tub was working. But I was told it wasn't before reserving so it was not a surprise. The house is beautiful and the master is HUGE! The view is to die for! I would stay again in a heart beat. The property management was friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. Great stay, I will definatly rent from them in the future.

The kitchen needs to be better stocked. The knives weren't very sharp. I couldn't even cut a tomato. And no wine bottle opener. Other than that, it is a great place and we would recommend it to a small family and will probably be back ourselves.

We enjoyed 4 nights in Waldport at this terrific house overlooking the Pacific Ocean. You can hear the waves from the deck and the kitchen had all the amenities needed. Would highly recommend and hope we can come back.

The property is nicely situated with a great view towards the ocean, within short distances of high lights of that part of the Oregon Coast. The house itself is spacy and comfortable with a great deck.

We had the most wonderful time staying at this location. The home was beautiful and very peaceful. A feeling of warmth and openness through out. It had everything we needed, felt very private. Sitting up high allowed a lovely view of the beach, enjoyed
listening to the sound of the ocean with the view. Nice walk or bike ride to the beach. We had a lovely time and was our first experience that will always be dear to our hearts. Plan to go back again. Thank you for everything. -

Nice, clean, modern home with a unique layout. Wifi was available but really slow. Limited TV selection but good to have HD. Good place for escaping; not so good if you still have to work online or if you relax by channel-surfing.

Great view! The house was clean and had a large master bedroom which was nice. The only complaint (minor) was the hot tub was only a 2 person hot tub and was not one of the cleaner units I've experienced. Everything else was well worth the cost. Our family would be happy to stay at this house again in the future.
