Wonderful, 2 bedroom 2 bath home in Bayshore. One block walk to the beach and very close to our other homes. Master bedroom has a king bed and full bath with jacuzzi tub, 2nd bedroom has a queen with jack-and-jill entry to 2nd bathroom with shower and washer/dryer. 3rd in den with futon. Entry through an enclosed courtyard with table and chairs for extra seating. Living room has comfy furniture and views from the dining area and living area as well as a gas log in fireplace.

We were so pleased with our stay at the Courtyard. It was clean and modern and was great for our family. It was close to the beach and all the windows give this a really open feel. We will defiantly be booking this home again for our next vacation !

We stayed in the Courtyard over the Thanskgiving Weekend. It was a very comfortable house, clean and neat, and cozy despite the gray weather. Lots of windows and spacious kitchen. I would recommend it for a family with children.

we all had so much fun i took my mother and father inlaw we loved the courtyard house and plan on staying there agin the folk at the main office were so helpful even the construction workers at the house(crises cottage)were courteiouse and helpfull we were there crabing and they told us were to go we limited out every day we went out

We had an unforgettable Thanksgiving at the Courtyard. The layout of the house is great for families-the teenager can be far from the adults, but the young ones can be with parents in the large master on the other side of the house. The kitchen, despite what other reviewers said, is well-stocked. We brought many things thinking they would not be supplied, but we were surprised by how many cooking gadgets, pans, etc there were. The view from the deck is wonderful and the sunsets were breathtaking. Beach access is super close and the neighborhood was full of families. Each of the rooms has independent heating-another great feature. The flat screen tv was huge and great for the Macy's Parade watching while cooking. Will hopefully stay here again soon!

This house was perfect for us. It was spotlessly clean amd in great shape. The house was so close to the beach you could walk there in a couple minutes. You could hear it with the bedroom windows open.

What a pleasant surprise to step inside and have the sunshine follow us. The bedroom arrangements gave each couple their privacy. Grandchildren said "Courtyard is a keeper." We booked an extra day for next year. (The kitchen window could use a temporarily
filter for the bright sunlight in the mid afternoon.) -

We had a great time in this home!! It was well cared for and very clean. We especially loved the two outdoor areas that sheltered us from the wind, they were both great places to be especially the courtyard. We got a chance to have breakfast and lunch
outside in the courtyard table. Beach access is easy and close, and we had a great time there!! I missed the icemaker and filtered water though, it was not available on the fridge. But overall there was a place for each of us to enjoy, and that was priceless.... -

Walking in the front door of this home absolutely exceeded my expectations in every respect! My wife spent the first 1/2 hour we were there commenting on how cute it was, how well decorated...and asking me if WE could build one just like it.
The location is great - just 2 blocks from the beach with a wonderful view from the deck.
We'll definitely be back! -

The courtyard layout was a good arrangement for having kids play within view. My one complaint is that the house was short on utensils: Coffee grinder was missing. No blender.

Courtyard is not our favorite Bayshore rental. It has a less "homey" feeling more like a "spec" rental. However, we would recommend it to others with the following warning: the kitchen equipment appears to have been purchased at a yard sale. Our advice: at least take your own knives!

This is a great property for kids. I love the fact that you can let the kids play outside in the courtyard (including its sandbox), but they are completely enclosed and safe. Also, the natural daylighting design is open and comfortable. However, the selection of cooking pans and utensils is lacking the quality evident elsewhere in the home.
