This wonderful Sandpiper home has wonderful ocean views from living room, dining room and master bedroom. Three bedrooms, all with private baths. Master has king, 2nd bedroom has king, third bedroom has a queen. Open floor plan with wood burning fireplace, TV, DVD in living room and master bedroom. Ping pong table and pool table, washer/dryer and additional TV in double car garage, easy beach access, walk right out to beach. Large deck overlooking ocean, BBQ and deck furniture. Sleeps 6 in traditional beds and blow up mattresses available for up to 2 additional guests. . Wifi. 1 dog please.

This is our third time staying at GG's. The beach access and ocean views are the best! The kitchen is large and well stocked (we love to cook) and open to dining/living area. Picture windows line the entire west side of the house providing supurb ocean views. The interior is a litte dated (popcorn ceiling) but that doesn't dimish our wonderful experience in the least! It is very comfortable and we plan to return every year (and twice a year if we can swing it!)

This was the perfect vacation home for our family. We have 3 teenage daughters and we were all quite comfortable and really enjoyed being able to walk out the back door straight to the beach. The large windows allowed for enjoyment of the view as well. The only minor complaint we had was the Wifi was very slow, but we were on vacation so it wasn't a big deal. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The house is welcoming, comfortable, homey, with a stunning view and immediate access to the beach. Good showers, comfortable beds. Folks in wheelchairs or having difficulty walking might have trouble getting through the small marsh to the beach. the house itself no problems in that regard.

We loved the house, so comfortable you could tell that a lot of thought was put into helping us feel right at home. Dishes, cooking essentials, games, books, were all available. Access to the beach was right out the back door. The view was perfect, just what we wanted. Thank you for the great experience, we will be back.

We loved GG's House. We spent 3 nights over Christmas and the house felt like our home. Warm, cozy and very relaxing. The kitchen is large and very well stocked. Although we did not use the games in the garage we all commented on how great that would be for a group, it was too cold for us this trip. The room did work well when coming in from the beach all wet. Good place to hang coats and dry the dog off. We even saw whales and seals from the large living room and dining room windows. Linens were very good quality and beds were comfortable.
We will be back!!! -

This was our second stay at GG's House. We were there 2 years ago. We love the home and it's location and find the management staff very helpful. We did notice that the livingroom couch was pretty tired and worn. Also that the bedspread in at least on bedroom should have been cleaned.

This was the fifth year we've rented GG's house for an October get-away, and we'll be back next year. There's plenty of space, so three couples sharing the house don't feel crowded. The kitchen is huge, well supplied and has great counter space. Some of the living room furniture is starting to look a little "tired" but overall it's a comfortable space. Lots of windows, for a great view of the waves and the sunsets.

This is my 2nd stay at GG's house and I planned the dates because I didn't want to stay anywhere else. The house is so welcoming, the beach view and access are perfect and the price is affordable. Everything you need is there...kitchen items, linens and towels, great deck chairs and even beach toys for the kids. Really, if you want to spend time on the Oregon Coast with easy access to miles of beach for walking or even just a beautiful view, GG's is the place!

We had a wonderful time !! GG's House is in the best location, with great access to a nice level sandy beach. You can watch the kids from the home or back deck, as they enjoy the sand & water!! Nice to have 3 bedrooms, each with their own bath and plenty of room to relax. The big picture windows facing the ocean are awesome, what a gorgeous view !! The kitchen is big and plenty of room to prepare meals and enjoy dining with family. We come to GG's House every summer and LOVE IT !!!! Thanks for a wonderful & relaxing vacation !!

Besides the front screen door bottom hinge being kind of broken and my family thinking it would break the rest of the way and we would have to pay for it every time they opened the door, we had a fantastic time. The view from the master bedroom and living room were awesome. Will stay at GG's again.

This was our first visit to GG's and it is now our favorite house. Wonderful ocean view from the bank of windows. It snowed the first night, then a gorgeous sunset and brilliant stars the second night...all so beautiful! We enjoyed the fire in the fireplace and the pool table and ping pong. Great view of the ocean from the master bedroom. We've rented other houses from Bayshore Rentals a number of times and we have been pleased with each stay. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend GG's house.

Six sisters met the first week in December at GG's House in Waldport. Even the Master Bedroom had a beautiful view of the beach. Access to the beach was extremely easy for all of us (and we are ages 65 to 80!) which was enjoyed every evening as we watched the sunset! It was truly the most enjoyable time we sisters have ever experienced together!

We have stayed in the GG house twice before. We walked in and my father said I remember this house. We have a very good time here. I would say this is the best view of all the homes we have stayed in. Your could hear the ocean even with the window closed. Love this house and wish it was ours. We go to this section of the Oregon Coast twice a year and this is the first time we have stayed here. Although the house is dated, it is well maintained, clean, good value, good floor plan, GREAT ocean views and access to a wonderful beach. We are gourmet cooks and the kitchen is spacious and open with a long bar area for socializing. We plan to stay here everytime we go back (if it is available).

It was a great place to vacation. We had brought my wife's parents along with us. The local was ideal for them. You could walk out the back door and the beach was right there! No steps. The view of the ocean from the house was outstanding. It was wonderful to watch the water change color as the weather changed. I'd recomment this home to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation

The only change I'd make is to advertise it as sleeping 6 plus 2 children on matts. We had several nights of seven adults which meant one slept less comfortably. I expected the roleaway we saw there last time and it wasn't there. Thanks. We loved it.

I am so sorry thr rollaway wasn't there. We used it in another home and it was just stored at the office. If you would have called us we could have brought it down to you. We have put a queen futon in the garage area now for extra sleeping. Not the best for a bed, but for kids or young adults it would work fine.

GG's House could use improved seating arrangement in the living room. Given that the house sleeps 6 or more, more adequate chair and couch seating would be appreciated (we always bring "camp chairs" and set one or two of them up in the living room so that all six of us are able to sit in the room together. It's a large enough space, but the existing couch and chairs don't seem to provide adequate seating for six adults.
We always enjoy our stay at GG's -- the kitchen is huge and well stocked with dishware and cookware.

What we tried to do was to put in comfortable, larger type furniture. If we put in more furniture it would be difficuilt to place without compromising the view. there's a rocker/recliner, an 82 inch couch which easily seats three, and a big overstuffed easy chair. There are 6 bar stools and 6 dining room chairs, one could easily move about 4 feet into the living area. Thanks for your positive comments, we try so hard to please everyone.

We were among the first renters when GG's house became a vacation rental in 2007 and have found it to be the perfect retreat -- particularly for those in wheelchairs. The windows across the front of the house offer a fabulous view of the ocean and the beach access couldn't be better. The well-stocked kitchen and the view from the dining room entices us to enjoy dinner "at home" rather than go out to restaurants which is our natural tendency when we are at the beach. The quality of mattresses is very important to us and we are more than satisfied with those in GG's House. It's a great location for those who are looking for a place that is not heavily populated and close to breathtaking places to hike such as Cape Perpetua just south of Yachats.

This is a great house to stay in with plenty of living area and a large kitchen. It rained most of the time we were there and we were very comfortable just staying in. We loved playing ping pong and played for hours, however the pool table is unusable due to the fact the garage is slanted and the floor is uneven. The balls just roll to one side of the table.
It was a great place, the only negative thing I can think of was that one of the drawers has a couple dirty socks in it (I guess that could be easy to miss though).

We ordered a NEW pool table, should arrive my mid July. The problem was that the pool table itself was warped, someone left a wet towel on it someone broke two brand new pool cues just this past couple of weeks. It is so discouraging for owners to provide guests with these extra amenities and then to have them ruined by non caring individuals is very disheartening.

What a WONDERFUL beach home! If you are looking for a BEACH FRONT home to sleep 8 people, LOOK NO FURTHER! Seriously!! It is stocked with everything you need to be away from home! It's cozy, comfortable, clean and the view of the ocean is breathtaking--- not to mention the location on the beach! It was so fun to watch the kids play in the sand from the HUGE windows! Oh, and we loved hearing the ocean all night from our master bedroom! :)
We couldn't have asked for anything more.

Perfect for family of 4 or 3 couples since each bedroom has private bath. Best equipped kitchen, large bar and dining table with full ocean view. Ocean view from master as well. So much to do with the ocean at your doorstep, garage equipped with ping pong and pool table, beach toys, 4 tvs with lots of videos, board games, books and current magazines. All this and comfortable beds, decent linens and lovely decor. Wrap around deck affords some protection from the wind. One suggestion, pool table needs leveling.

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The view at that location is breathtaking! The only disappointment was using the oven for the first time and finding that it wasn't heating properly and probably needs a new element. Also, the handle for the storm door exiting the garage sometimes pulled apart but the repair is simple and the men in our party would have fixed it themselves if they had only had an allan wrench. We would love to come back and stay in GG's house again if only it would accomodate 8 adults and one eight year old girl. Wonder if that can be done....

We had a wonderful time. The house was very nice and clean and the location was wonderful. The cost for our stay was very reasonable compared to other rental companies with similar properties. We would have liked to use the games in the garage but unfortunately it was too cold.
We were there for Thanksgiving which meant we were doing quite a bit of cooking. Cooking utensils were a little lacking for the amount of cooking that we did. It would have been nice to have more measuring cups/spoons, spatulas, ect.
Overall, we had a great stay and are looking forward to going back again soon. -

7 ladies stayed in the GG house and it suited us beautifully. 50 yds from the ocean, how could the view be improved. It is one story which for us was a plus. We missed a griddle for our french toast but we managed.

We rented GG's house so that my in-laws from Montana could stay right on the coast. We were hoping for wide-open views and easy beach access for my disable father-in-law and boy, did this place deliver! Not only were the views and beach access perfect, but the house was spotless yet comfortable. We knew that November weather at the coast is somewhat iffy, so having the pool table and ping pong table in the garage were added drawing points for our family, as were the games in the living room. This was the perfect escape for our family of four and our 2 visitors, so we'll definitely be back!

Beautiful view rain or shine, and only steps from the beach. We made a fire in the fireplace and watched the storms roll in. Very cozy!

There were seven members of our Beach Bunch staying at GG's House for Mom's birthday. All aspects of our stay were very satisfactory. The home was in a perfect location. The deck let our older family members feel they were right on the beach. The home was clean and the staff ready to help if needed. We will be sharing our great experience with family members and friends.

Along with myself the other women attending the retreat found it very nice. We enjoyed being able to walk on the beach with easy access as well as the comfort of the home. There is plenty of seating for both discussion and eating and quiet places for one to be alone when desired. We all wished we could have stayed longer.

Very nice home; clean, spacious, and was laid out well. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was nice. Beach located right out the back door and house had many large windows to overlook it. Only negative was the 11:00 checkout time. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Kind of like staying at grandma's house. Dated furnishings and decor, and some unnecessary stuff in drawers and closets. Other than that, it was a great house to stay in: excellent location, nice layout, plenty of space. Garage rec room (table tennis, pool table) was an added bonus for the kids.

I can't think of a better place to stay on the Oregon coast than in this house at Bayshore---especially if you have out-of-town guests who will appreciate the location and superior quality of the property. (We had 5 European guests who loved the window view from the living room and dining area. The kitchen stools were perfect for the large counter area to set out food dishes. Three bathrooms was fantastic---one for the parents, one for 3 women, and one for my husband and myself.) We've always been happy with a house where you open the door and have easy access to the beach. Bayshore Rentals has never let us down. I have no criticism of their efficient management nor the place itself. For our special friends, this experience helped guarantee them a great Trip of the Century!

I have been renting from bayshore rentals for about 10 years now and all of the properties have been great. Great prices, great properties, and all around great service. You can't go wrong renting from bayshore rentals. Thanks again for a great vacation. I can't say enough good things about this company.

We had a great time at GG's house on the beach! Wonderful views, well stocked, warm and comfortable home. Although dated in some aspects (alot of original features in the home), it is obviously very well cared for, and had a warm and friendly family feel to it. We liked the fact taht it was a one-story home, no stairs to climb. The view and access to the beach were outstanding, and it was very quiet and private for being in a neighborhood setting. I would highly recommend this home for your relaxing get-away.

We really enjoyed our stay at GG's house. We have stayed in several houses in Bayshore and think this house may have had the best ocean veiw of all. The layout with an open kitchen and large eating bar, and bedrooms with their own attached bathrooms was very nice. We'll be back!
