Come enjoy Bray's Point located on Hwy 101 on the Central Oregon Kost! This spacious oceanfront home has direct beach access from the yard! Nine steps down to six miles of sandy beach. Well appointed home which sleeps 12; HDTV and DVD, DSL, Hot Tub, Surround Sound inside and outside by the Hot Tub! Hot/Cold shower on back side of Hot Tub. Large Ocean Front yeard with fire ring and picnic table. R V Parking (no hook-ups) in private parking lot next to house. Dog friendly (2 dog maximum). In the garage there is a crab cooker, BBQ, ping pong table and dart board!

Bray's Point is located on a low bank (9 steps down to the beach) with 6 miles of white sandy beach. There are vary few people on the beach so it is a great place for adventure and romance! There are two other houses that use Bray's Point driveway. There is plenty of parking as Bray's Point has its private parking lot on the righthand side of the driveway. You won't find many places with as much parking; that is why we offer boat and RV spaces as well. Guest who book Bray's Point may also have a friend dry camp in the parking lot for 40.00 during the days booked; they may also bring their crab or fishing boats and park them there. Since we are owner/operator of Brays's Point and the house in not in the city we do not have to collect tax which saves from 10% to 13.5%; there is a hot tub fee of $50.00 and a booking free of 25.00, and a dog fee of 25.00 per dog per stay (limit two well behaved dogs). The 300.00 security deposit will be returned after the visit and the total amount is payable 30 days before the stay. For years our family has rented vacation beach houses hoping to find a place that would be a home away from home, always something was missing until we rented Brays Point. This house has everything we were looking for and more. Its a little corner of paradise, private, clean and comfortable with everything you need. Albert has obviously put a great deal of thought and thoughtfulness into this house, we felt right at home from the moment we walked in the door. The fully equipped kitchen is a delight to cook for the family in. The back yard with the hot tub, the fire pit, the surround sound stereo and picnic bench is such a great space with the ocean right there, such a wonderful place to relax and spend time with the family. We also enjoyed the beautiful old piano, such a rich sound, so much fun to sing with the kids. The big stone shower is more then just a shower, its an experience, one that everyone will love. In conclusion I have to say this was the best vacation we have ever had. Thank you so much albert for your generous hospitality and kindness. We will most definitely be coming back to stay again.

This was a family trip with 7 people and we met up with 3 family members form Or. The house was a perfect fit. It has everything that you could ask for, it was like being in the comfort of your own home. Views were amazing. House was close to towns yet was private enough to be enjoyable. Would highly recommended to anyone, great for a large family or group.

I have stayed here several times. My husband and I have used it as a weekend get away together & we have stayed with our family & extended family. There is plenty of room for several families to rent the home together and still have plenty of space. The living room, dining room & kitchen have views of the ocean from every angle so even if the weather is bad outside you still have a great view. While there last we watched ships in the distance with the telescope that is in the living room. It is a short walk down some stairs to the beach. The last time we stayed there were 7 adults & 2 kids. With the 3 bedrooms and multiple beds in each room (except the master bedroom) there was still plenty of sleeping room. There is a king bed in the master bedroom & 2 fold out single bed couches in the living room as well. The kitchen is fully stocked plates, etc - you just need to bring your food. There is a ping pong table in the garage which the kids loved! As well as kites you can purchase on the honor system. The home also has movies, books, puzzles and a piano so there is always something to do. The hot tub outside is also nice to sit in and you have a view of the ocean while sitting there. My personal favorite is the jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom there are views of the ocean from there too! This is a great place to stay & Mr. Bray is very accomodating. He goes out of his way to make your stay enjoyable!

Since my son went off to the Navy, we have used Bray's Point (several times) as a family retreat where we all get together to celebrate his safe return. Albert an "ol' salty dog" himself is sweet and accommodating. The property is easy to get to, a driveway off 101. Flat fenced property is great for your furry friend too. Inside has all the amenities but it feels like visiting grandma's house, with comfy furniture, books to read, puzzles, a piano, games to play but still only feet from the shore. Love the hexagonal great room with the fireplace in the center. Huge kitchen with multiple tables and chairs...great for families or groups. Kitchen has just about every amenity you need and there is an extra fridge in the garage. Albert thinks of everything. There are always fresh salt water taffies, kites for purchase, ping-pong, sand/beach toys, horseshoes and kindling. Outside the hot tub is always waiting next to a great outdoor fire ring in sight of the beach, the hot tub and house...Great place when you are trying to keep track of a passle of kids! Oh, and let's not forget the whole place is handicap accessible with ramps, roll in shower, and a wheel chair on sight! Bottom line, whenever I need a break from Eugene/Springfield, I call albert and load up for Bray's Point. Btw albert...Derrick is home from Deployment in June! We are gonna have to book some more time with you!!!
