The house is located very close to the lake. It will take you about 15 minutes to walk to the center of town and by car you will get there in a minute or 2. Cardrona and Treble Cone ski fields as well as SnowPark.NZ can all be reached within 45 minutes by car. In summer, walking trails as well as mountain bike trails are within easy reach as well.

Recently had a wonderful week at aotearosa Wanaka. It is in a perfect location for a quick walk to the lake or town. It is new, everythings works and a perfect place for extended family. There is a beautiful warming fire at night, everything works and access to internet makes life easy for someone needing to keep in touch with work! Thanks Natascha, Bert-Jan & Zoe - it was a pleasure to stay there and we hope to be back soon

Convenient location in Wanaka with views from the back deck and main bedroom of the lake. The 3 bedroom house is well fitted out and was very comfortable for our family of 5. Very child friendly. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, portable cot and highchair (if required) and lovely backyard area for the kids to play. Will definitely stay here again when in Wanaka next.

We had a fantastic 10 day stay at aotearosa, conveniently located just off of the park in central Wanaka. The house itself is brand new, super clean, and everything works ... which made for an absolutely hassle free time. We caught great early season snow at Cardrona, Treble Cone, and Snow Park and finished each day with a session at what has to be the most beautifully situated skate park in the world. The fact that the kids can safely walk to and from the park and town was a huge additional bonus. We will definitely return next season.

Aotearosa Boutique holiday home is the perfect location for a visit to Wanaka.
A gorgeous property, designed to a very high standard. It is a great base for your holiday in the Wanaka region. Located only 2 minutes from the beautiful Lake Wanaka, and about 10 minutes walk to all the popular places of downtown Wanaka.
The villa itself was very comfortable and we felt right at home. At has a warm atmosphere, with a huge fireplace, outside BBQ and a spacious garden.
All the essential things were readily available. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and a relaxing sitting area.
And if you're skiing: there's plenty of space to put all your gear (and the washer and drying are new and modern). Speaking of which ... we we're skiing in Cardrona ... and loved it!!!
If ever back in Wanaka, we will definitely stay here again and recommend this beautiful home to any friends interested in visiting Wanaka!!!
