Studio on Wilkin offers a compact but practical self contained unit; comprising of a double bedded room, a simple kitchen/living area with flat screen TV, Freeview satelite channels and mini HiFi, plus a modern bathroom including a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped to make simple meals and tea & coffee is provided for your convenience.
The location is in a quiet residential area, conveniently only 5 minutes from local shops/take-away and a cosy bar and just 15 minutes walk to Lake Wanaka town centre.
The Studio is attached to the owners property, although it still offers complete privacy.
