Sleeping three people in one bedroom, this single storey cottage is on the edge of the market town of Warminster. The Oaks is a welcoming single storey cottage on the edge of Warminster. There is a king-size double bedroom, and a wet room. The living area is open plan, with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a single sofabed for the third person, and a woodburning stove. Outside is off road parking for one car, a private patio and a shared lawned garden. The Oaks is a lovely base for couples to discover Longleat, Bath, Stonehenge and Stourhead.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  We had a lovely holiday, the accommodation was first class, very clean and well equipped with a lovely garden. The location was ideal as we were able to visit Longleat, Stourhead (National Trust), Stonehenge, Avebury, Warminster and Salisbury. The owners were very welcoming and helpful.
