The Hooded Merganser Walkout has three floors of living space. The main level is complete with a great room with a cathedral ceiling, dining area, full sized kitchen, a full bathroom and two bedrooms with queen size beds. The loft holds four twin beds and a bathroom with a shower. A stairway off the great room leads to the lower walkout level. The walkout level has two bedrooms with queen size beds, a full bathroom, a complete kitchen and a large open living and dining room. The walkout level has beds for 8, including 2 child sized futons. Upper levels have beds for 12, including 2 child sized futons.

My extended family spent a weekend at the Three Bears Lodge and had an amazing time! Between the hours in the waterpark, movie night at the hotel, games on the villa's large deck, and snuggling by the villa's fireplace, everyone had a fantastic time!! The adults all had their own room and the kids were able to sleep in the large loft. Can't wait to do it again!

I absolutely loved our recent stay at this villa! There was plenty of room and so many places for our family to gather & be together: the decks, the outdoor fire pit, cozying up by the fire and the kids had a great time in their own space - which was a loft area w/ four twin beds, a tv and their own bathroom. We had a great time at the waterpark and lodge - we will be back again soon!

Nice clean place to spend a weekend up north. Beautiful wood finishing throughout the apartments. Great loft for kids to sleep in. Property abuts to a deep ravine and you can't really see any of the neighboring properties from the back yard. Nice decks and we had a great bon fire in the back.
