In a private setting of 1.3 acres but with easy access to a main road, it is 20 minutes from the shopping, galleries, and restaurants of West Jefferson and 40 minutes from Boone. The trout-stocked river provides opportunities for fishing, swimming, canoeing, and tubing, and the property is also bordered by a rushing creek.
