Located in Old Town proper, this charming studio features excellent views on to Piwna Street, and provides ready access to the Royal Castle and Old Town Square, with its plethora of attractions. The flat is equipped with a large kitchen, and can sleep up to four guests. Public parking is just 100 meters away, and secure parking is 300 meters away.

  Nice apartment, bad service, complicated booking process

  Studio Italy is a nice apartment conveniently located close to the market square in the Old Town. We stayed there for four nights and we were very pleased with the apartment, except for the not so wide double bed and the very thin synthetic pillows.
  
  The problem is the rental company and their services. The company seems to go under two different names, Old Town apartments and apartmentsapart.
  
  If you arrive later than 20:00 or don't want to pass by the office but go straight to the apartment, the booking process is very complicated and requires you to print, fill in, scan and return via email or fax a Registration Form together with a photo copy of your passport. Since we already paid via bank transfer, I did not give my credit card details. (If you want to pay via credit card, you have to send a photo copy of both the front and back of the card + passport.) I sent them the credit card details via email, but they were not able to use a pen and transfer that information to the paper copy, so we had to pass by the office to show the the actual visa card.
  
  We ordered and paid for two of the extra services that the company offers.
  Taxi transfer from the airport was said to be EUR 23. After several days, they wanted EUR 22 extra (EUR 45 in total) to be payed for the taxi. When asked why, they said that the original price was not for transfer from the new Modlin airport. This information is still not to be found on their web site. When going back to Modlin we booked a taxi on our own, and the cost was EUR 24.
  
  We also paid EUR 19 for the "Welcome Package" which was to include basic breakfast items. There was no such package in the apartment. I pointed this out the next day at the office and told them that I wanted a refund. They did not seem to be sorry for the inconvenience it caused us, and six days later I have still not received a refund.
  
  Except from that, we had a wonderful stay in Warsaw.
