It's located on a small, tree lined street and within walking distance to many attractions and parks.

It is right in the city center, near the Emabssy Zone and between major arteries (Marszalkowska, Al.Ujazdowskie).
Historical sites are within a 30 min walk or an easy bus ride.
Several bus and street car lines within a 5 min walk. Metro (subway) 10-15 min walk. Parking (paid) on nearby streets. Not alwys easy to find a parking spot, but a tourist in Warsaw does not really need a car. Public transportation is plentiful and easy to navigate.

We really enjoyed our week or so at anna's place in early December. We were greeted upon arrival by Joanna and taken care of every turn of the way. Everything we needed was provided: wifi, full kitchen, bath, taxi service, the place even came stocked with bread, fruit, jam, a yoga mat and guitar! We were concerned, with the Warsaw winter being what it is, that we'd be cold at night but we were anything but and the place felt like a real sanctuary from the snow and cold!! We also found the neighborhood to be charming, w/a cute boutique around the corner, and more cafes and restaurants and even yoga studios than we could even try! (there's an amazing well known classical perogi restaurant a 5 min walk away, and we had some amazing incredible desserts from this one adorable cafe also a 5 minute walk away - let's just say I'm still losing the weight!) We found that we could walk anywhere we wanted in the city within a half hour from the apartment and public transportation was very accessible. On top of that it's located really near (15 mins) the airport. Anna was also flexible with our schedule when we changed our itinerary and decided to come back to Warsaw earlier than expected and easy to reach by phone or internet- -again, it felt like we had our home away from home in Warsaw. And all within our budget. Great deal, thank you anna!!

Anna's apartment is simply great. It is super-clean, sunny and spacious and very comfortable. The location could not be better - walking distance to theatres, to the Lazienki park and to some of the best restaurants, museums ans shops in Warsaw. I will definitely return to this charming pied-a-terre.

This apartment is really amazing in terms of location. I would give it 6 stars in that category if I could. Plac Zbawiciela (Savior Square) is a quick walk up the street, and it offers everything from cafes to hip bars (Plan B is a must on your itinerary).
The apartment itself is clean and well-lit, with a pretty decent view. I enjoyed having the complimentary wifi since I need to work while I travel.
It's a heck of a value especially given the price. You can't go wrong with this little gem of an apartment. -

Anna and Olga are great hosts. They are flexible, communicative, and they responded quickly to questions I had during my stay. It's impossible to overstate the value of this apartment. It is on a quiet side street with a balcony overlooking a charming park, but it's less than five minutes walking to the tram, about the same to the subway, and it's in a central location with anything you could need nearby. It gives you a nice flavor for a communist era apartment in Warsaw, but it's very well kept up and anna has added a few nice contemporary touches to the furnishing and fixtures. There's a ton of sunlight in every room. The food she provides is perfect for breakfast for your first few mornings, and there's a little supermarket on the same block. If you spend much time at home, Anna has an enormous, fascinating book collection in at least four or five languages. Couldn't have been happier. Everything was perfect

The flat is just as described in the ad, and the location is simply perfect. The flat had all we (a small family) needed during our stay and more. The area is quiet, but all the city centre comforts are just around the corner, the metro, trams and buses are all a short walk away, as are some of the nicest parks and important places to see while you are in Warsaw.
The flat is excellent value for money, is comfortable, secure and clean. The check-in was nice and easy. I think that's enough said - I would just book it if it is available. -

The apartment was a nice size, sunny, with big windows on a quiet street, just as described. The location is absolutely perfect. Minutes walk to public transportation, but the location is so central, that you can practically walk to all important places. The Old Town is about 30-45 min walk, several museums within15 -20 min walk. The Botanical Gardens, Lazienki and Park Ujazdowski are all a stone throw away. Good restaurants and bars all around.
