Michigan, USAGreat experience, great location, great price.

Wow, just Wow! We chose Lammas because of the affordable price, and had a 5-star experience. Clean and comfy. The owner, Nigel, greeted us when we arrived at 1 a.m. and had stocked the kitchen with milk and tea and coffee for the morning. He was generous when we asked for advice on anything from bus schedules to fish and chips shops to seeing everything while staying within budget. Three floors (we don't mind stairs) allowed the three teen girls to have their own place on the top floor and there's a nice little garden out back. To top it off: It's within walking distance to Castle, bus station, several beautiful churches, the downtown, museum and (bonus!) a Costa coffee. Highly, highly recommended.

Worthing, United KingdomExcellent! Everything we needed.

We booked the Lammas view due to the close location to Warwick Castle, but the house was so much more than we expected. It's a lovely house, and better than a hotel for us. It was a home from home. Nicely decorated, modern and very clean.
The master bedroom is a loft extension on the second floor with an ensuite bathroom - so lovely and peaceful. The 2 bedrooms on the first floor share a lovely family bathroom.
The house has a freeview TV and free wifi if you want to spend an evening in, with a great kitchen for cooking meals. For eating out, Warwick is about 5 minutes walk away with some great restaurants - we recommend the Catalan. Magnificant.
You get a parking pass for outside of the house which makes life very easy. The owner also lives next door which is great for getting the keys and sorting out the deposit.
I can't recommend this enough - fab, and we'd love to visit again. -

Lovely old townhouse, fully refurbished directly near the Warwick Racecourse (a great place to take a short run). The centre of the town with shops is just a few minutes away, just a walking distanc. The house is fully refurnished and has two large and clean main bedrooms and one small single bedroom. In front of the house there is a parking spot. Wireless broadband internet access is available for 1 pound a day. The street room is not really functional but is useful as an wardrobe. The large garden is pleasant and perfectly suited for some relaxation.

Melbourne, AustraliaAll the comforts of a home away from home.
Left on 09/16/2010 for a stay in July 2010
We had an enjoyable stay at Lammas View during July. Conveniently located near the centre of Warwick, the neat and tidy three bedroom house was impeccably clean and well appointed. It has been tastefully renovated and furnished and has all the comforts of a home away from home. With three levels, we needed to be reasonably fit to negotiate the stairs as the master bedroom is on the top floor but this also afforded a sense of privacy and tranquillity away from other family members as well as a nice view from the bedroom window over the pretty back garden. If we are lucky enough to visit delightful Warwick again, we wouldn't hesitate to book Lammas View Holiday Cottage.

Newly refurbuished and clean townhouse in the heart of Warwick. Easy walking distance to all Warwick attractions and shopping. Quiet location with parking available outside property. 2 main bedrooms good sizes, and additional single bedroom. Warm and cosy even in January. Wireless broadband internet access was good feature. Garden is pleasant, and would be useful for sitting-out or BBQ in Summer.
