This two bedroom condominium, located in historic building in the NW quadrant of Washington DC, Columbia Heights neighborhood known for its Victorian architecture, offers spacious 1200 square feet of living space, two large bedrooms, two full bathrooms and convenient location within walking distance to Metro, shopping and restaurants.
Our living room offers spacious seating as well as pull up sofa for additional sleeping area. Private, off-street parking available at garage around the corner. Free Wireless/Wired DSL as well as free laundry facilities in the building. Our eat in kitchen offers seating for four to six.

I found this condo to be the perfect place for my needs. was in D.C. for the inauguration so was busy the entire time i was there.The place was clean and well kept the beds were so comfortable, and the the kitchen well stocked with everything you needed to cook a full course meal. the neighborhood felt safe and clean and centrally located near the metro and all types of store everything was truly convient. I would absolutely stay there again and would recommend to others. but there is one thing I wish they had would be an elevator my unit was on 2nd floor and I have bad knees but if your knees are in good shape, Go for it. P.S. the free wifi was a plus

The apartment was like our home away from home.It was within 5 or 6 minutes walk to the local supermarket that had everything you could need. The Target store was also close by. The subway was an easy way to get to all of the Museums and other tourist sites that were around Washington. Would definitely stay there again.
