It is perfect for the budget shopper who will not compromise on location! You can walk to the White House and the Monuments! A mere 20 minute walk to Union Station and the US Capitol. The World Bank and IMF are 15 minutes by foot!

The condo is exactly as detailed in the description. We never actually met the owners but everything was perfectly planned and well handled. We were with our two kids aged 7 & 9 and we really enjoyed our stay in D.C. We were not too close from the boisterous crowd nor too far from the sights. The Mount Vernon metro stop is 2 blocks away (3? anyway, quite close) and there is a bus stop less than 30 feet away! All in all, the property was clean and well-maintained, except maybe for the kitchen's stools (I had to tighten a couple screws) that were quite cheap and the matresses that were not that comfortable! There was a distant beeping noise in the building that the owners fixed as soon as they were told. It must be admitted that few if any restaurants or activities were in the immediate vicinity, but then again, we wanted a quite place. The area was totally safe and pleasant! I would definitely recommend this property!
