This lower level apartment is in a Small Boutique Building. One block from the Convention Center and Metrorail Yellow Line at Ronald Regan Airport and MetroCenter on 11th and G Street.
It is perfect for the budget shopper who will not compromise on location! You can walk to the White House and the Monuments!
It was recently renovated from stem to stern in the past two years with CAC. Studio Layout with large kitchen and living room with dining area.

After staying in an apartment in NYC for 2 weeks, this place in DC looks like a palace to us!
It is so warm and cosy with adequate blankets and towels for all 5 of us. We felt so spoilt as it also comes with washing machine and dryer (I cannot tell you how convenient that was to us).
The price per night was super value for money as it is located right in downtown DC. National mall and major museums were all so near and Chinatown is within walking distance.
Highly recommend anyone to stay there if you are on vacation in DC.

Our stay at this apartment was really great. Check in and out we're a breeze and the apartment was modern, clean and comfortable.
The location was great for sightseeing of all the DC tourist sites and also for bars and restaurants.

The apartment was really comfortable, air-conditioning worked very well, and the beds were good. Convenient to the supermarket and metro. However, there was some building work being completed above the apartment, which was a little annoying at 7am, but otherwise the apartment was pretty quiet (window faces the rear yard).

Nous étions 5 adultes et nous avons été conquis par le look et l'équipement de l'appartement. Clair (bien qu'en demi-sous-sol), très agréable, bien agencé, climatisation pas trop bruyante. Bonne situation, supérette à 100m, pas très loin du métro (Metro Center), proche de la Maison Blanche et de grands magasins. L'existence de boîtes à clés permet l'arrivée (et le départ) à n'importe quelle heure (nous avons débarqué à minuit !). Quelques défauts (mineurs) : une chambre n'est pas alimentée directement par la climatisation (laisser la porte grande ouverte); les rideaux en place ne permettent pas de faire l'obscurité totale.

It was a very nice clean condo. We were disappointed in that once we got to the condo there was not the washer or dryer as the add had stated. We had been planning on taking advantage of both and packed lightly for the trip. There is a laundromat around the corner, but I would not recommend going late in the evening. Parking was the most troublesome thing to deal with. There is a lot down the corner you can park in for $10 a day. This was a unexpected frustration to deal with. Everything you would want to see or do is well within walking distance, 6-8 blocks. And we walked everywhere. The only time we drove was to go to the Marine War Memorial and arlington. I would highly recommend both of those.The Marines have a parade during the summer at 5:30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Marine Memorial and it is very impressive. Overall we had a great family vacation a wonderful time in DC.

The washer and dryer we had ordered was the wrong size for this unit. Our booking agent was unaware that the unit did not have a washer / dryer at the time of your arrival. We refunded your stay $50 for the inconvenience. Parking is clearly stated in our listings as being on-street and fortunately there is a $10 daily lot on the corner. I do not understand why you would mention parking as being a " unexpected frustration to deal with". Must be the first time in the city. This unit is new, clean and close to attractions. I do not believe we or our listings has mislead you (with the exception of washer dryer). It clearly deserves more than 3 stars in terms of cost, location and amenities.
