Elegant townhouse it has 2700 square. There are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. High ceilings with crown moldings and hardwood floors. The living room has a wood burning fireplace and doors leading on to a private courtyard. Everything is luxury in this place from the Egyptian cotton sheets to the espresso maker.
Three bedrooms feature a queen bed and one features a twin trundle bed. All have been outfitted with high-quality bedding and mattresses.
The downstairs features a dining table for 10 and the living room. On the bottom floor is a den with a 55 inch television fully loaded with complete cable and Netflix. There is also wi-fi.

Great house. The Georgetown location is perfect for a D.C. home base. Easy access to public transportation a few blocks away and you get the luxury of the house being located on a quiet street. A great trail for jogging and walking is a half block away. Coffee shops, restaurants and shopping are very close.
The house is clean, cool and comfortable. The beds are great. We spent four days here with no problems.
The kitchen is functional. The back patio and deck are great.
We look forward to staying here again.
