Left on 03/26/2011 for a stay in December 2010
Staying at the Boat House was a wonderful experience for my family and we will definitely want to stay there again! The house is in very good condition and offers a perfect floor plan for large groups. It's also very conveniently located. The owners and their management team are helpful and responsive and work to make sure that you have everything you need. We were very very happy with our choice to stay there!

This is an amazing House for it held all of my friends for a 60th Birthday party for some partying gals that are young at heart. Wonderful friendship moments were shared in this home. Sleeps so many comfortably. Did partake in some of the amenities, but really enjoyed the home, cooking in the big kitchen, dancing, enjoying the porch, etc.. Has everything you need for a great get-away Big Chill type get together.

Charlotte, NCOur best vacation yet!!!
Left on 01/13/2011 for a stay in August 2010
What a fun and unique vacation home! Everything was provided with comfort and convenience in mind! Even better than the ad said! You feel that you are in another place... believe the pictures, it really is that beautiful there! Fun, unique design and DÉCOR...we really felt "special†in this home... leaving all the cares of home behind... inside or out... there was always ... Lots to do! The Carriage House was neat for the teenagers (would be a great place for grandparents!). The kids begged to stay another week! So, we had to promise to return soon. It is like being in a little town... Swimming, biking, kayaking, bocce, games, exploring, beachcombing, shopping and, just a fantastic place for everyone... young and old... spacious design allows everyone their own space!... would be a neat "girls time out†location too! Best vacation we've ever had!

RochesterBoat Hose at Watercolor
Left on 01/13/2011 for a stay in November 2010
I have stayed at Watercolor a few years in a row always at the Boat House. Mr Murphy is friendly and accomodating. There is almost always a noticable upgrade at the property , this year there were brand new flat screens, more outdoor funiture and a cellullar repeater to enhance phone reception. I stayed in the Carriage House which has all the same amenities as the main house basically a 1 bedroom House. Its great!, very private wonderful views from the deck which has an outdoor Teak table with reclining chairs perfect for afternoon sun. Watercolor itself is a great destination lots to do bike/hike trails, open park areas, multiple public pools the Beach of course. The Telluride film festival was there in the square the week we stayed and the was a wine tasting with music in the amphitheatere park at Seaside. Came back home exhausted like it should be, to much to do so little time.

The amenities at the house are terrfic. The living room furniture was recently updated and the spaciousness of the bedrooms were nice. Plenty of bathrooms and great kitchen for entertaining. My goal for the family is to make this an annual event. Well done.

AtlantaAmazing House in Watercolor
Left on 01/13/2011 for a stay in July 2010
This is one of the most amazing houses in Watercolor! We have stayed in several different houses and this one was the best. Great location, well stocked. The decor was amazing. The kids loved the boat room bunk beds and can't wait to come back. The grandparents loved being able to stay in the carriage house and get away from the main choas for a while! We will definitely be back.

St. Louis, MissouriLove, Love, Love Watercolor!
Left on 01/08/2011 for a stay in March 2009
This was a wonderful home to stay in for our Spring Break. It was a great home to share with another family and lots of room for our teenagers and their friends. It backed up to Seaside, so we had the wonderful experience of staying in the Park District of Watercolor and the convenience of being able to walk a few feet into Seaside. (Where the teenagers wanted to hang at night!) The best of both worlds!

Absolutely love your house. The big kitchen(s) and living area accommodates a large group. The design and amenities are top notch.
Watercolor and the neighboring community are great fun. The bike trails never get old, Grocery and drug stores are both right around the corner.
The beach is amazing. Soft white sand like nowhere else in the us, that I've ever seen. The pool and related services are also very nice.
Simply a wonderful vacation that I can highly recommend to anyone. -
