“It's got the wow factor!” We received a prompt and efficient service from Mrs allison with all queries answered and good advice given in a very comprehensive brochure. The villa is just beautiful; it is light, spacious and modern, the bathrooms are so well appointed and we had one each, very civilized. There is a sense of peace and luxury. The garden is large and attractively set out, we ate in all the different areas and loved the pool. The villa is on the edge of the village with tremendous views of the surrounding mountains, a fantastic place to watch the sun go down and view the starry night skies. We really loved the village of Pylona, Greek people actually live there and it was so enjoyable sitting outside the bakery relaxing with people just going about their everyday business. The owner of the supermarket gave me a Greek lesson every morning and Jim and Carol at the Pylona arms were there for friendly chats and local knowledge. There are a couple of good places to eat and the church is worth a visit. It suited us to be away from Lindos but it's a shame you can't walk there, you do need to get taxis everywhere or hire a car. Taxis are cheap though, and the service recommended by Mrs allison was very good. It is the best villa in the village; the village is a relaxing and interesting place to be, you couldn't do better. We would love to go back.

“Amazing villa” Now back from our holiday in Rhodes and we had an amazing time. The villa is superb and offered everything we could hope for (the pool was very well used by all of us!). The villa is very well equipped and is very clean and comfortable. This was our first time in Rhodes and we absolutely loved it. Lindos was great but we had a hire car so ventured further afield too - to Rhodes town, Tsambika beach and Monastery and to the butterfly valley. You really do need a car as the walk from the villa to Lindos or Pefki is just a tad too far - especially on a hot day! Having the Hotel 100m up the road was a real bonus as they have a large pool and very reasonably-priced food and drinks. It is a family-run hotel and the staff there were always friendly and welcoming. The friendly pool-cleaning man for the villa (Colin) was a source of much local advice. For example, he let us know about a lovely open-air event in Lardos on our last full day - with Greek dancing in the streets etc. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa and the whole booking process with Eileen was pain-free!

Nefeli IV - Luxury Villa in Lindos with private pool.
Thank you for the experience of a lifetime!

We stayed at Nefeli IV for the second week of October. The weather was perfect. The island is just starting to close for the season but most is still open and not too crowded. Rent a car and explore the island. We loved Lardos for fancy dinners. Zigzag bar in Pefkos for a drink. Make sure to see Prasonisi. Catch a sunset from the west side of the island. Nefeli IV is in the perfect location. Not too remote. Not too touristy. The Villa was immaculate. We felt right at home. The grassy lawn and BBQ were just like in the pictures. We left a bag of charcoal for the next renters. Working with Eileen was a pleasant and easy experience. Really can't find any fault with the villa or overall experience. For those who like to get away from the crowds this is an exceptional alternative. Luxurious accomodation under an exceptional setting. Family of 4, we enjoyed staying in villa kalypso and the owner made sure every request we made to be met. Excellent personal hospitality that made us feel at home. The villa offers you everything you need with quality and style. We stayed in the upper appartment which the view from the balcony is breathtaking. Halki is a magnificent little jewel. You will enjoy the boat ride to the island, the stay in the villa kalypso and the local cuisine. Initially I was a little concerned to swim at the harbor of the isl but it ended up being the best experience from all. Nature has created the ultimate "swimming pool" a few steps from the villa. Any person that appreciates "the big blue", dislikes the crowds and wants to produce great summer vacation in an exceptional setting should not hesitate to go to halki and leave in villa kalypso. … see more

First Class accommodation

Donna and Manolis are excellent hosts. Donna arranged a taxi from and to airport and on arrival at the apartments was greeted warmly by both. In the apartment we had a welcome pack consisting of bread, water, milk, small sachets of butter, jam, marmalade tea and coffee. A carafe of wine and a large bowl of fruit. The accommodation is very spacious and we have stayed in both the single and double bedroom apartments. They are cleaned daily (exception Sunday) and towels are changed daily but Donna is only too pleased to assist if there is something amiss. In the bathroom there is a hairdryer (saves on luggage weight). They also own the lovely restaurant downstairs and the food is excellent. They are only too happy to accommodate any requests in changes to menu - do try Donna's cheesecake. A short distance from the appartments there is a large supermarket that can provide the essential day to day provisions but some items can be a little more expensive than some of the other shops, so do shop around. Next to the apartments is a small friendly fruit and veg stall this is a must and very cheap. The bus stop is just outside the supermarket and for as little a 2 euros you can travel into Kos, which is worth the trip. There is no swimming pool but you can use the ones next door. A good 10 minute walk to beach but we always hire push bikes. Beach and sea is lovely if you really want peace and quite walk left along beach but be prepared to seeing people baring all. Being a small island you can drive around the island by car in a day. We have stayed in Tingaki many times over the years and have found this, albeit further from beach, to one of the best holidays we have had, 2014 will be our 4th time at Sagittarius and would not go anywhere else now. Villa Cleoboulos
Heavenly. We can't wait to return!

We spent a beautiful week at Villa Cleoboulos and it exceeded our expectations. The house and property are stunning- we had a hard time pulling ourselves away from the pool and beautiful garden to go exploring. There are several beautiful and comfortable seating areas on the covered wrap around porch. I loved having my morning coffee in the sunshine out there. The inside of the house is calm and peaceful- very spacious and beautiful. We had plenty of room for our family of 4 to spread out and relax. We loved being walking distance to the small village of Pylona and just a short drive to Lindos. We really loved Lindos and had many great rooftop dinners there overlooking the acropolis. There are many beaches and ruins to explore within a short drive. We also enjoyed walking in the area around the house- up into the olive groves- so beautiful and peaceful. We loved seeing a momma and baby donkey and feeding them apples. Fiona was wonderful before, during and after our visit with detailed information and helpful tips. We loved the welcome pack of some starter groceries- always welcome after traveling all day. It was the perfect week. We were spoiled and cannot wait to return! … see more

Everything you could need for a perfect family holiday in a great location.

Everything was clean, tidy and welcoming on arrival. Maria was extremely helpful and the cleaners were lovely and considerate. We arrived to find a basic food package which we were extremely grateful for after a long journey. Maria also checked we were okay with a welcome call. The seating area and pool are wonderful, with a view out to sea. The garden is landscaped so you can't see the road and are not overlooked by neighbouring villas. The location is great if you want to be out of town. It's a 5 minute walk to Pefkos or a 2 minute walk to the nearest restaurant and 'supermarket'.
