Beautiful pool home with 3 bedrooms plus a den, 2 bathrooms and a three-car garage in desirable area of NW Cape Coral surrounded by gulf access homes. Two minutes to Publix, Walgreens and the Burnt Store public boat ramp. This home features an open floor plan with high ceilings and 9ft sliders out to the lanai. Tiled in all common areas, wooden cabinets in kitchen, new dishwasher and formal and casual dining area. Master bedroom has sliders to lanai, master bath features include walk-in closet, double sinks, garden tub and separate - completely tiled - walk-in shower. “Relaxing vacation”
The House was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The pool was clean and the water was perfect. The neighborhood was quite and very safe to walk.

Very clean and every body was help full, would RENT here again. Very nice pool, house in great naborhood, close to Pine Island road
