Description
Nestled on an elevated site this idyllic detached house lies just 1.5 miles from the heart of Waterville with its shops, pubs and first class restaurants to choose from. Newly built, spacious, comfortable and furnished to a very high standard, it has been well designed to take advantage of the views of the amazing countryside and the wonderful Lough Currane which is world famous for its salmon and trout fishing. Waterville has two golf courses, one within a mile, the other a world ranked championship golf course approximately two miles. There is a beach and walkway stretching along the front of the village. Sandy beaches, national park and historic house at Derrynane are about 15mins drive.
