This comfortable and convenient 2 bedrooms + loft Mountain Brook townhouse has just the right amount of rustic charm to convey the mountain atmosphere, but all of the comforts of home. Located right in the heart of Waterville Valley, it is situated on a safe, quiet, private street overlooking a hiking trail and a brook. Park your car and forget it! Conveniently located, it is just a few minutes walk to the Town Square with its shops and dining, the White Mountain Athletic Club and the Town Recreation Department. There is also a free trolley around the town.

Waterville Valley is a beautiful resort town located in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. A popular ski resort during the winter, it is also a wonderful retreat during the spring, summer and fall.
Our guests have access to the White Mountain Athletic Club for a nominal guest fee. It has indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, steam rooms, weights, cardio equipment, a game room, pro shop and a restaurant.
There is a hiking trail right behind the condo that connects to the Town Square and the network of trails. There are miles and miles of hiking and mountain biking trails around the town and in the surrounding White Mountain National Forest. Hike to the Cascades, a series of waterfalls and swimming holes that kids love.
Corcoran's Pond has a beach and swimming. Kayaks, canoes and paddle boats are available for rent.
There is a skateboard park near the Town Square with ramps, jumps and rails. BMX bikes are also welcome. You can even attend skateboard camp.
The 9-hole golf course is right in town.
Play tennis on some of the best clay courts in New England. And the views are spectacular.
Take a ride up the chairlift on Snow's Mountain for a round trip scenic ride, or hike down along pristine trails. For those looking for more excitement, take a mountain bike up on the lift and ride down!
The indoor Ice Arena is adjacent to the Town Square. It is open even during the summer so that you can cool off from the summer heat. There are public skating sessions and even pick up hockey games. Rental skates are available. Check the schedule for times.
The Town Recreation Department runs many activities, especially for families with kids. A schedule is available.
Day camp is available on a daily basis.
This is a beautiful, safe resort, especially for families with children.

We spent 3 weeks in the United States and out of 6 houses we visited, my kids rated this house as the best. They loved the loft, "homey" feel and the river flowing in the back.
The house was very well equiped and included explanations on how to run everything. The location was fabulous for our White Mountain trip.

The owner gives you everything you need to enjoy your stay. Lots of information on the property and Waterville Valley. The location is perfect. Easy to walk to town. Nice to have laundry facilities. Used the dryer after a wet ski day. Fireplace worked well and wood was nice and dry. Only request would be to update the linens. A few more pillows and sheets that are not pilling would make it even better!

Thanks for the comments. Regarding the sheets and pillows, half of them were replaced at the beginning of the ski season. The other half are being replaced shortly, now that the ski season is just about over.

We had a really great week...everything went really smooth and the owner was extremely easy to deal w/! The condo was very clean and provided everything we needed. We really liked the fact that the condo was in close proximity to Waterville, the town village , skating and the health club w/ the pool. We would defiantly stay there again!

The condo interior is spacious and well maintained. We had all the comforts of home. The location was perfect. We were a few minutes walking distance to the town square. The condo is located in a quiet area. When we opened the kitchen window or sat out on the balcany we could hear the brook. It was very relaxing. Great accommodations, great location. We would stay there again.

This condo was a great place to rent with family. The unit is clean and bright and spacious. It is overlooking a stream and a bike/walk path which leads right into town square for all your needs. This is a great part with kids- just need to walk or bike- no need for a car. We found the owner extremely easy to deal with and would recommend this condo and waterville valley for a great vacation with or without kids.
