Big Bear is the 3/2 home below Bear's Den 3/2. This price must be for the one home only. Snow fell with a big freeze before our arrival, and laid in the valley shade here for us to enjoy all week. (We had come to repair a cabin 10 miles away and much higher elevation-it was snowless after 2 days!) Entry road was well-plowed, but driveways cost caretaker some time and salt. Lots of scenic yard and pond between these homes make outdoor play fun. Views are lovely. Overnight heat was poor in sliding door bedroom of Big Bear. We bought a space heater at Walmart. Other rooms were fine. The caretaker was available and friendly, and a dryer repair was handled promptly. Both homes were very clean and comfortably furnished, including kitchen items. This neighborhood's homes are all on large lots, so we had privacy yet had neighbors close enough to consult if needed. Even these 2 homes have ample privacy, yet plenty of opportunity to connect!
