My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful week staying at the cottage. We were on a getaway for our anniversry and this was perfect. Early mornings on the quiet of the deck, days spent expolring the Cape, and evenings coming back to the queit of the cootage. The location was perect for us as it was a quick trip to Hyannis and even closer to Provincetown. Tim was great to work with.

This Summer we had another relaxing time at the cottage on Great Pond. We had been wanting to go back after having had such a Wonderful time there in 2010 but it books up fast. Most people who stay there "lock-in" to come back year after year. So we were so happy when the owner sent us an email letting us know he had an opening ~ to start the day of my Husband's birthday ! What a nice surprise ! We enjoy relaxing on the big deck overlooking the Pond. We also enjoy swimming in the Great Pond's crystal clear water ( & no sharks! ). We would love to spend every Summer at the Great Pond.

This cottage is beautiful, cozy and private, yet centrally located to town. We loved having our own beach dock. We swam and kayaked every day, with access to the water only steps away. The beaches are a bike ride or short drive away. We enjoyed great food, boat rides, mini-golf and the flea market. The cottage was so comfortable. A wonderful place for bird watchers. Tim & Terry could not have been more accommodating! We can't wait for next year!

We have been renting in Wellfleet for a long time, and when we found this cottage we couldn't believe our good fortune. The location is perfect: a quiet, clean, lovely pond in the woods, within walking distance of the National Seashore, an easy drive to the center of Wellfleet and the harbor without having to go onto the highway, a second pond nearby for the children to look for turtles and frogs, and a little gem of a cottage. We have been spending a month there each summer for several years and look forward to doing so for many years to come.

Love that I we can walk out the front door and down the steps and be swimming, and canoeing.
Place has a in the woods feel to it as it is in the National Park.
Quiet at night and very clean with all the things you need in the kitchen and on the deck.
