Quaint, well kept, recently remodeled and enlarged, two bedroom cottage located in a 1.5 acre pine grove with 10 other cabins. Enjoy the taste of the outside as you dine in a spacious sunroom which also includes a queen size sleep sofa and wicker love seat, TV, DVD, and CD.
The cottage has a fully equiped kitchen and two bedrooms, one with a full size bed and the other, two twin beds.
Outside you will find both charcoal and gas grills, lawn chairs, picnic table and fire place. The association also has a coin operated laundry.

The cabin has everything you'll need for a great vacation. I especially like the sunroom to eat and relax in after another awesome day on the water or at the National Sea Shore.
The cabin is close to Wellfleet Harbor (we love Mac's sea food and icecream on the pier); the Mass audubon's Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary (great walking area) ; and the Marconi Beach area (part of the National Sea Shore , a great beach and historic area). P-Town is 20 minutes down Rt6 , do spend at least a day at the Race Point Beach area (an awesome area of the National Sea Shore).
I highly recommed staying here.I can't wait for august every year so I can head for Brownies and enjoy the outer cape. -

What a nice, clean, comfortable cottage. We have enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere at Brownie's for many years but Cabin #1 is tops for me, my wife and two daughters.
Great location with ocean, bay and fresh water beaches available within minutes. The close by National Seashore will take days of exploration. Good restuarants are also close to Brownie's in any direction.
Wonderfull place to just relax, recharge the battery and leave the nine to five grind behind.
