Secret hide-a-way tucked in the trees among the Hydrangea and just 1/10th mile from Burton Baker Beach at Indian Neck on the Bay in Wellfleet. Just stroll down the sandy lane and the beach is there waiting for you. The house has an open floor plan with living/dining/kitchen, cathedral ceilings wrap around windows and sliders to the deck admitting lots of natural light and sunshine and some views of the bay. The only complaint was that the master bedroom bureau had not been dusted/cleaned in quite a while. Dust, hair, pins and junk on top. Big turnoff initially, otherwise everything was in good shape and very comfortable for us both.

The owners were very helpful and responded quickly to my inquiry. The house was furnished with new furniture which was definately a plus. It is a very nice open layout and relaxed feeling. The cleanliness was an issue for me. There were spider webs under every baseboard, window screen and corner which made was unpleasant and made the lower bedroom area feel uncomfotrtable and not part of the upper level kitchen and living area. We also had an ant issue in the kitchen which was solved by appropriate traps from Raveis. The house itself is lovely and a piece of heaven with a secluded feeling and a sweet view thru pines to the bay. It was close to beautiful beaches which was great for morning coffee and going to the beach with our 12 month old.

Nicely appointed, modern home in a secluded setting. Only a block from the bay...nice breezes keeping it cool in the evenings. No a/c for those of you who require it. Spacious enough for a family, although the downstairs accommodations are a bit on the small side. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

We were so surprised by this house. The photo does not do it justice. It was spotless and deceivingly spacious when we entered. Perfect for a family with young and energetic boys... plenty of space inside and out for them to explore without getting into trouble. The Staff at William Raveis were delightful from our initial call to when we sadly dropped off the keys.
