We had a very nice vacation mostly due to weather, location and the people we spent time with. The house was a fair value but furnishings were average and the hot water is a problem. There is enough hot water but there is an odor to the water. The solar hot water system is old and I think it is in need of repair. Dealing with the realty was excellent. A gas grill would be a good addition.
