Although it’s a short drive to the beach this is a recently built 3 bedroom, 2 bath home offering a washer/dryer, dishwasher, deck and enclosed outside shower, cable TV. The home also has a screen porch in an area of fine homes, the kitchen is fully equipped and the first floor has an open living room, dining room and kitchen with sliders that lead to the screened in porch. You are close to both the bay and the ocean from this wonderful spot. First Floor: Bedroom #1 - 1 Queen; Second Floor: Bedroom #2 - 2 twins, Bedroom #3 - 2 Twins ***SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - NO PETS ALLOWED***
