It’s a place where adults of all ages can relax, make new friends and enjoy vacation time in a spectacular location. While our cottages are available for rent to families with young children, most of our amenities are reserved for use by residents and visitors who are 18 years of age or older.
Rental fees include the use of our extensive resort amenities including, a clubhouse, fitness center, swimming pools, resistance walking pool, sports courts and onsite activities program and more.

Seaglass Village is a new, seasonal cottage resort located in Southern Maine, right on the coastal Route 1. We are just minutes from some of Maine’s best beaches and most popular seacoast villages. Wells Beach, Crescent Beach, Ogunquit Beach, to name a few. Also, downtown Ogunquit is just minutes away from our convenient Wells, ME location. We ahve our own trolley stop that will bring you from the property to the beach, to the store, to dinner, and more.

We enjoyed the area, buy weather was not in our favor that weekend. Staff did not provide information about activities in town during day or evening which would have been helpful. Seemed like activities at the resort were winding down.

very nice relaxing vacation!! I would definately recommend this place to my friends and family. So much to do and you dont even need to leave the village.

We stayed in Unit 400 and were quite pleased with the appearance and furnishings - all the comforts of home. Enjoyed sitting and reading in the recliner in the 3-season porch. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. We were a short walk away from the Club House where I especially liked the water resistence walking pool. Can't wait to rent at Seaglass Village again.
