The cottage has a super king-size double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a king-size double with en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom with a WC, a ground floor shower room, a luxury fitted kitchen with breakfast table and AGA, a sitting room with dining area, an inglenook fireplace, a woodburn...er and French doors to the rear garden and a spacious snug with inglenook fireplace, woodburner and a large modular sofa. Outside there is roadside parking and an enclosed, rear garden with a small lawn and a patio. With many lovely towns to visit, including Hay-on-Wye and medieval Ludlow, Unicorn House is the perfect base to explore Herefordshire.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants 2 mins walk. Note: There is poor mobile phone coverage in the area, with the exception of Vodafone. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
