This is a great bargain! 3bdr condo with 4 baths for $300 a nite! Its not ocean front but the location is nice and quiet and close to great shore diving and close to west bay boat docks for boat diving. If you want to sit on a beach all day pay the $ and brave the crowds on 7 mile beach. Otherwise check out Duncan's condos. The unit we stayed in was not ocean front... there are some ocean front units but I don't know if he manages these or not. Had an issue with the washer which Duncan took care of right away. Easy one stop shopping if you want to set up equipment rental and some boat diving through Duncan.

My son and I are divers, I had a business meeting in Cayman at the Marriott for 5 days so wwe though we would add a week on the front end with my wife, daughter in law and 8 month old grandson. We picked Duncan's townhouse because it was out of the city, and seven mile beach area. It was 3 three bedrooms giving eveyone including grandson their own room. The unit we stayed in was not ocean front but thier are two pools on site and all the units are eith ocean from of steps from one of the two pools, The kitchen was furnished with everything required, all we had to do is just add food! There is cable TV and internet to keep intouch. There is also a washer dryer as with the airline baggage limits and we were going to be on the island for 10 days we could pack less because of the in unit laundry. The owner, Duncan Heard, lives on site and has a diving company. He is s instructor and can take care of all your diving and water sport needs. We were lucky, it was a slow period and Duncan was our private guide for 5 days of 2 tank dives. You can't beat this unit, location and the services the owner can provide.
