An excellent experience: the facilities are gorgeous, the staff is solicitous and knowledgeable, and the views from Pappagallos are incredible! Highly recommended.

We loved this quiet, beautiful, roomy villa. Lots of room, and everything you need on vacation. Million dollar views, a little off the beaten path, so you're not in the middle of the crowds. But you're only 10 minutes from Seven Mile Beach. Great place!

Dallas, TexasA little bit of paradise

Having been to Grand Cayman previously and experienced seven mile beach, we were looking for something a little more low key but close to the many activities Grand Cayman has to offer. Boy did we find it. The condo itself is everything you would want for a beach vacation. Plenty of cookware to cook meals and well furnished. We were able to have three couples stay here comfortably. It's right on the beach and has quiet surroundings. it was such a great place we are already planning on renting this next year!!

North DakotaLoved the quietness of the beach!
Left on 03/26/2011 for a stay in February 2011
This was our first time venturing away from Seven Mile beach and we loved it! There were times that we had the beach to ourselves. We loved that we had shade and were steps from the beach and our favorite restaurant! The Villa was clean and the grill conveniently located when we wanted to cook at the villa.
The negatives were we had trouble with the beach side lock and no key available. The phones did not work nor did the TV in the living room. We did however have cell service so we were able to call home. The villa had just changed ownership so those things may have fallen through the transition.
Even with those items we will still come back! We enjoyed the quiet tranquility of this side of the island and the villa met our expectations.

Thank you for the review! I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay. And yes, the phones, TV in the living room, and lock have all been replaced and are functioning well. We have gotten rid of the keypad lock that often malfunctioned due to the salt spray from the ocean and have replaced it with an old fashion lock and key! We await your next visit!

This is my first trip to Grand Cayman and based on this location I will be back as often as possible. I love the open layout of the ground floor and the spacious bedrooms. The ocean views are beyond beautiful and visible from every window. We found a brand new TV in the living room and also a new lock on the front door.
I love the peaceful setting and clean beach, as well as the cooling breezes that make for easy sleeping in an incredibly comfortable bed. I can honestly recommend Villa #36 to anyone who loves natural beauty, exceptionally comfortable accommodation and an endless ocean lulling you to sleep at night.Response from Eileen Volquez - 03/27/2011

PhiladelphiaGreat time at the Cayman Islands!
Left on 03/12/2011 for a stay in March 2011
I'll start off by saying we loved the Cayman Islands. You will need to rent a car if youre staying at Pappagallos. We loved driving around the island and finding different beaches and snorkeling spots. The island felt safe and upscale in many areas. We bought groceries at the nearby grocery store (very reasonable prices) and ate out other meals.
Villas Pappagallos was a great stay. The location is great, corner unit, steps from the beach, 10 minutes from Seven Mile. The place was clean and well decorated, spacious enough for 5 people. Loved waking up each morning and stepping out onto the ocean front balconys. The only reason we didnt give it a perfect 5 is the electronic front locks randomly malfunctioned and the main TV wasnt working.
