Apartment 2 is located in the middle of the block on the ground level and is accessed by a personal four digit code, which will be emailed upon confirmation of booking. It has a lovely entrance framed by modern landscaping, complete with a communal walled seating area. The modern bathroom is clean and bright with luxurious towels. The kitchen is simple, clean and well equipped with all of the items that you will need for a short term stay, including high end appliances and a complimentary nespresso machine. There is a table and 4 chairs in the kitchen for dining. Bedroom 1 has a built in wardrobe and pillow top queen size bed with luxuri...ous bedding. Bedroom 2 is furnished with 2 pillow top single beds, luxurious linen and a walk in robe. The living room is furnished with a sofa, additonal seating and a 32inch lcd television, a JBL ipod docking station and a remote controlled r/c airconditioner. Both bedrooms and the living room look onto modern landscaping and an additional communal courtyard.

New carpet and designer roman blinds have been installed throughout. Complimentary WIFI is available throughout apartment 2.

Apartment 2 is suitable for up to 4 people and 1 infant. A portable cot with one set of bedding is available only by pre request.

No smoking and no pets allowed.

A modern laundry room with coin operated maytag washer and dryer is available for all registered tenants usage.

Security gates keep the entire block safe and are operated by a personal four digit code, which will be emailed upon confirmation of booking.

One parking space is available for apartment 2, additional off street parking is available along Military Rd.

Arabella on West is monitored by recorded CCTV.

Apartment has been furnished to a high end standard with designer items used throughout.

Apartment 2 will be cleaned at the end of your stay, however cleaning items are available in the bathroom cupboard, if you require additional cleaning please contact us and our cleaner will be happy to accomodate your request, this will be charged accordingly.

  Stayed here for 16 nights over xmas/new years 2012/2013 after the place we previously stayed in Glenelg got a bit to ambitious with their prices, we picked it at radom from stayz.com and are very glad we did.
  
  If you want accommodation in a party area right on the beach this is not for you, if you want to stay in a 'real' aussie area living with the locals then this is it (several of the apartments are long term rentals to australian familys) Although only a 10 minute drive from the airport airplane noise is not a problem, the apartment is in a quiet area, and only a 5 minute walk from a good sandy beach. There is a good fish and chip shop, cafe and Italian restaurant about 3 minutes walk away, a cafe at the life saving club at the beach, and a BP petrol station 5 minutes drive away that serves as a good convenience store, but you will really benefit from having a hire car to get around in as there's no supermarkets within walking distance, although buses do pass along the road outside a car is best otherwise you may feel isolated.
  
  The owners are very attentive, they don't live there and indeed we never saw them, but they reply to e-mails within hours and make sure everything is ok for you.
  
  The only critism I can come up with really is that the swimming pool is not heated, and is mainly in the shade, thus avoiding getting warm, however when its 30/40 degrees you can live with that, once you've got your shoulders under the water.
  
  It doesn't have all the whistles and bells of a 5 star resort, no reception, no holiday rep encouring you to shout out happy welcomings after a day and a half travelling, no child minding facilties, currency exchange, aesthetically pleasing patio areas etc etc, its just a very good place to stay and relax, clean, tidy, free wi-fi internet access and everything you want is within 5-20 minutes drive (Harbour town shopping centre, Glenelg, Adelaide city and more).
  
  All in all we had a very good stay and will not hesitate to stay again next time we're in adelaide, we have 2 children (11 and 13) and found this to be a good place to stay with kids, theres a large playing field opposite (no swings etc) thats good for playing all sorts of sports in. For the price being charged in the location its in, this place shouldn't fail to impress.
