Beach house in a spectacular area on Nantucket Sound. Warm gentle water, soft white sands. Nicely updated duplex. Bright and sunny. 3rd house from private, resident only beach on Nantucket Sound. Highly sought after neighborhood. Backyard overlooks tidal marsh. Fiddlers Green Lane is a private, residents only, dead-end/no thru traffic lane.
At the beach.. LIFE IS BETTER! Avoid high beach parking fees and heavy traffic by staying on Fiddlers Green Lane.
