New full ''Trex'' Deck with enclosed private outside shower and changing area on deck. BBQ, picnic table & chairs. 5 bedrooms with 1-1/2 baths. 3 bedrooms upstairs, full bath, L/R with dining area, table and chairs. 2 bedrooms downstairs with 1/2 bath and rec room. Beach chairs. 2 TVs, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs.
