Stayed for 1 week.
Upon arrival, There was construction everywhere after we were promised that it would be completed before our stay. We complained for 3 days before someone actually came to tell them to leave.
The bathrooms were filthy and fixtures were missing or broken. The bed sheets had blood stains on them and the quilt cover had fleas. The roof top pool was mysteriously unplugged at night so it was full of bugs in the morning. There was no "GFI" for the pool plug so I did not feel safe in the pool. No lock on the door between roof top suites. The front door could be opened with a coin or any small thin object.
We Had talked with the Rental company "Roatan Life" about the construction before we booked. While we were there, they did nothing to compensate us for the construction noise that went on from sunrise to sunset. They gave us a number for the owners of the suite below us ???
In the end, we still paid full price.
After all said and done, It is a nice place to stay. The pool (when clean) is wonderful. The living quarters are nice but a little run down. The laundry worked fine. The location is far enough away to be quiet at night. (bring a flashlight before heading out ). And hide all valuables.
I would NOT recommend staying here for the price they are asking. Way over rated !

We stayed here for 7 days and loved every minute . The view is amazing, the rooftop is the best part. Spacious condo ,there were 6 of us who stayed there. We walked to West End everyday had great food, we did have Chef Susan come one night which is well worth it. Went to West Bay by water taxi. We went scuba diving, zip lining, swam with Dolphins, and just relaxed on the rooftop. We started each morning and ended each night on rooftop well worth the extra money .

We had an amazing time in Roatan, even in the low season in august. The rental was perfect for us as we could get into town easily but also escape back home. The only thing I'd say is that it was lacking in terms of supplies (pots and pans, simple staples like salt and pepper) that would have made cooking at home much easier, which we like to do and did a lot.
The concierge was a huge help - they booked multiple things to do for us (fishing, ziplining, golf, etc.). Really enjoyable trip - just bring a lot of bug repellent! Thanks so much
This unit needs to be better maintained.

The unit had a strange odor when we arrived. It lasted most of the week. The rear a/C wasnt working on arrival, they did get it fixed. The cookware needs to be replaced, the upstairs kitchen needs attention, broken fan etc, the third bedroom television didn't work and I called about it. Never heard back. The water was turned off during our stay without warning once and once with warning. The grounds keeper and night watchmen are wonderful. This unit comes with one 5 gallon water. If you use it you purchase your own water.
The unit is the third floor and there are a lot of stairs to reach it. If your not capable of stairs this isn't the unit for you. It is a beautiful location and close to town.
