Steele Point Estate is a privately owned eight acre estate that occupies the entire western peninsula of Tortola. There are three villas on the estate, Blackbeard’s Hideaway, Gestalt, and Steele Point - all of which are available individually or combined.

Having stayed at Steele Point in the early 2000's, I was really looking forward to my return, as the house and property are like no other I have ever experienced. But my return was much greater than I expected - the house, on a peninsula at the end of the island of Tortola - always had the most majestic views and the feeling that you were part of nature. But since I was there, it had been remodeled and had become exquisitely plush and more comfortable than ever before (including a brand new master bedroom suite with a view that dreams are made of). Great attention to detail and comfort was evident everywhere, and the staff was extremely gracious in every regard. It is impossible to name everything I enjoyed about my stay - but it was the most fantastic vacation experience I have had in a long time. The house is its own resort and every thing we wanted to do - from snorkeling in crystal blue waters, to fine dining with a view of 12 islands at sunset, to reading in a number of stone outcroppings or hammocks overlooking the sea, to relaxing by the pool, to even sleeping in the most comfortable beds and linens - it was all available without leaving the property. I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay. My only regret was having to leave and I am already working feverishly to plan to return again next year !! I highly recommend Steele Point - I truly believe it is a magical place and the experience of a lifetime !

I had the great pleasure of spending time at Steele Point with my family. What a spectacular spot - unique in the BVI. We enjoyed snorkeling, sailing and partying. The villa is exquisite - with five bedroom choices, each unique and interesting. Justin and Natalie provide wonderful stewardship for the property and attend to guest needs. Ira the housekeeper is first-class. I could not recommend it higher!

Steele Pointe is truly one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen! The view
from every window is simply breath-taking. This was our second stay and
we've already booked it again! The staff is incredibly helpful, right down to
the smallest detail. For example, we have a 2 1/2 year old but had no room
in our luggage for beach toys... we just mentioned it in passing and voila!
toddler beach toys appeared later that day. The first time we stayed, we
didn't rent a car and just walked to the closest beach or took a taxi into town.
This time, we rented a car and explored more of the island. I loved being able
to cook in the great kitchen! Thing I liked the most.... the pool and outdoor
shower overlooking the amazing ocean views. Thing I liked the least...
NOTHING! We'll keep going back year after year!
