We just returned from an amazing stay at Limeberry Villa and recommend it highly. We were a group of 10 with two small children - an extended family celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary. At Limeberry, not only do you have excellent accommodations and an amazing view, but you also have such welcoming, helpful and warm owners in Jonathan and Katy. Before and during they trip, they helped us plan activities, provision the house and answered many questions. Evelyn, their associate, was equally wonderful -- and cooked an amazing meal for us on our last night. Limeberry was the perfect place for us to gather together for this special occasion -- we all had an amazing vacation in paradise -- and are hoping to return together to Limeberry someday soon. Can't recommend it highly enough...

Jonathon didn't miss a detail. He even had a homemade lasagna in the refrigerator when we arrived. Our party was large (we rented both the Limeberry Villa and Limeberry House) and both properties were terrific for a group of our size. The bedrooms are quite private, each with its own bathroom, and the common areas of the house are very open. Each had laundry facilities and the pool was well-stocked with nice beach towels, snorkeling gear, etc. They also both had nice Bbq's, outdoor eating areas, stocked book cases, televisions, and everything was clean and organized. Evelyn, our housekeeper, was a pleasure to have around and she made great recommendations to us for places to eat and see. She offered to prepare a meal for us at a very reasonable cost and it was beyond description. Enough food for two complete meals and every morsel was wonderful. I'd definitely stay here again.

We just got back from our stay at the Limeberry villa the first week in October. All I can say is 'wow'! As soon as we walked in, we saw the views and were ecstatic!
Each bedroom is separate and has it's own bathroom. My husband and I were in the Master suite and the views from there were incredible. It was like we had a villa all our own up there.
We took full advantage of the jeep that was given to us with the rental. We went out on the Voyage catamaran to Normal Island and to Willy T's Pirate ship for lunch, went to Myett's in Cane Garden Bay for dinner, shopped at Sooper's hole and had coffee in the morning at D'best cup, and appetizers later another day at Pusser's, but the absolute highlight of our trip was going to Little Thatch Island. This is an island that Katy and Jonathan manage. They had invited us there for pizza on Saturday, but two of our guests were leaving that day, so we opted to go there on Thursday. The water is beautiful and we had the beach all to ourselves. We loved it so much, we asked if we could come back with just the four of us who were left for pizza on Saturday and they said 'yes'! The brick oven pizza is not to be missed and meeting Katy and Jon's friends was fun.
Evelyn, the housekeeper, picked us up at the ferry and brought us up to the villa and she was a wealth of information and so helpful with every aspect of our trip. Don't miss her cooking you a meal - we had the Coconut Shrimp, Satay chicken, Caribbean Roti, Fillet Of Snapper, Fried plantains, the Fungie, and to top it off Carrot cake with rum butter sauce. It was more than we could eat but so delicious.
All I can say, is we will be back and we will stay at the Limeberry villa! Jonathan, Katy and Evelyn know how to make their customers happy.

My wife and I have been blessed with the ability to travel many places and have rented several villas over the years. However, I must say we have never experienced such exceptional hospitality as we did at Limeberry Villa! The villa was everything we expected and more. It is even more impressive in person than it is in the photographs. We were a party of four couples and couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our friends 10th wedding anniversary. Plenty of room and privacy for everyone. Upon our arrival Jon and Katy stopped by to meet us in person and called periodically during our stay to ensure our holiday was going smoothly and to make sure all was perfect with the villa. Evelyn was great in every way. She gave us great recommendations for restaurants, activities and places not to miss on the island. She is not only a great hostess but a phenomenal chef as well. The dinner she prepared for us Thursday evening was by far the best meal we had on the island! Amazing views from every room and the villa is perfectly located to go anywhere on the island with ease. I highly recommend Limeberry Villa for your next holiday to Tortola. You won't be disappointed!
