We wanted to rent a condo while we were visiting la to help our son move into a new apartment nearby. Instead of staying in a hotel, we wanted more room to entertain our son and his girlfriend in a less noisy area than Sunset and Vine. We were so happy to find this condo for rent nearby, only a short ride from Chateau Marmont which was hosting the sag award post-party celebrations we soon found out.
There are three bedrooms, two of which are like master suites with their own bathrooms. Since they were on opposite sides of the living room, it was quite private so we all had our privacy. The bedrooms are large with lots of windows and the living room looks out onto a quiet residential street. The other condos in the building were very quiet as well. We were especially happy to have a garage space reserved for us as well as on-street parking for our other car. My husband and I cannot say enough about the warmth and hospitality of Duke Yen and his wife. Both were very gracious and concerned hosts who wanted to make sure we were comfortable and had every wish fulfilled. The decor is light and modern, with a fully equipped kitchen. What more could anyone ask for?! We had tea every night while we watched movies and stayed up very late. If you are staying anywhere near Hollywood, this is the place to make your home away from home!

Our family of 7 people (including 3 children) enjoyed an awesome time at Duke's property. Both Duke and Van were very kind to allow us to stay there during our time in Hollywood/la even though we have 2 young kids with us.
The property is very clean and cosy. It is also very conveniently located near Sunset Strip and just a short drive away to most of the places of interest in Hollywood.
We will definitely be back if we were to visit the place again. Thank you to Duke and Van for your hospitality and generosity.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this West Hollywood location. Central to everything - walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The unit was very clean and comfortable for our family's use. Check in couldn't have been easer with Duke meeting us upon arrival. We had a great stay and would recommend this rental.

My family and I (5 in total) were fortunate enough to come across this fantastic property when searching for somewhere to stay in la. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Hollywood with so many landmarks, dining and shopping options all close, many within walking distance. Duke and Van were excellent hosts who gave us a great run down of the area and a wonderful tour of the nearby neighbourhood. If you are interested in movie history, there is much to be absorbed n this area and Duke and Van can fill you in on some interesting local facts. Their recommendations for local dining and attractions were extremely helpful and greatly appreciated. We didn't get to see everything in the area in the week we stayed, so we will be back and we are all hoping that this property is available again. Very spacious, available and secure off street parking and a convenient and private entry to the property makes it a must for anyone wishing to see this area of Los angeles.

We had Oscar winning accommodations in West Hollywood! The best you could ask for! Resonable, close to everything! great host,
and very warm and cozy. Absolutely made our

We were a travelling family of 4 adults, 2 young kids. The owners made it really easy for us, easy to find, well situated, easy parking etc. The condo was well furnished, with great big Tv's in each bedroom. The kitchen was easy to use, with all the appliances you might need. The location was good for us, as were exploring the West Hollywood area - 2 minute walk up to Sunset etc. Bathrooms were spacious and very clean. There was very little road noise - overall a very comfortable property.

We had a wonderful stay at Duke & Van's beautiful condo. The location was great, the condo immacculate and Duke and Van make us feel as if we were staying with old friends, not complete strangers!

We stayed with our 11 and 17 year old children for one week at this beautiful condo. First, it is spotless--you literally could eat off the floor. The kitchen is beautiful and 2 bathrooms are great--marble floors and stone counters. Tons of space. The location also was great--very nice neighborhood and walking distance to Trader Joe's and restaurants. Finally, and most important, Duke and Van couldn't have been nicer hosts. They truly care about their guests and make sure that everything is just right. We highly recommend them.

Duke and Van are wonderful hosts and quickly become your friends! I really enjoyed meeting and booking with them. They are very accommodating with arrival/departure times and respond immediately to questions before and during your stay to ensure you're taken care of. They even offered their meditation space, cushions and books for our use! The condo is in a nice neighbourhood and inside, it's immaculate with lots of space including empty dressers and closets to hang your things. The beds are also very comfortable with high quality linens and towels for a real hotel feel. The layout of the space is great for privacy since each bedroom is on the opposite side of the condo with its own bathroom and door to the shared living area. Some extra perks I really appreciated included the parking spot, the organic grocery store (Trader Joe's!) and restaurants around the corner in walking distance, the close proximity to Sunset Strip, Beverly Hills and Hollywood. Thank you Duke and Van!

Duke and Van are wonderful hosts, we couldn't ask for more, they were welcoming and generous and they made our stay delightful. They were both very informative on things to do and see in Hollywood and even surrounding area's. They are very easy to talk to and get along with and we hope to stay here again one day. The apartment was like a 5* hotel, very clean and bright with everything you need. The location was also good with most places in walking distance and lots to do! Very glad we chose Duke and Vans place, not only did we have comfort and privacy but we made valued friendships with Duke and Van. Thanks for a enjoyable stay.

Van & Duke responded promptly to our request and proved to be an excellent and informative hosts. Their place was very clean, comfortable, peaceful and filled with natural sunlight. Very nice kitchen with everything you need, modern and stylish. The location was ideal and great, with few minutes walking to bars, restaurants, supermarket, theaters, coffee shops, gym and transport options. I would recommend staying here when in LA!

Duke and Van are the best hosts anyone could ask for! Their home is quiet & peaceful, yet comes with more amenities than a great hotel. Their condo is clean and in the perfect location, walking distance to everything - whether you're into the night scene, gym, groceries, parks..it's perfect. They are fair, loyal and loving. I could not have asked for a better experience! :)

The place was super clean and have everything you could need and is in a great location just a short walk to the main strip and everything. Their place in West Hollywood is modern and lovely to stay in - even better than a hotel as it has that warm home feeling. Highly, highly recommended!

We were lucky to stay in the master bedroom, which was spacious enough to put in our playpen next to the king size bed.
The bathroom and kitchen were extremely clean and well equipped.

We had a wonderful stay while visiting la and feel so fortunate to have found this jewel. The condo was beyond our expectations. The location was fantastic and a great launching pad to all sights. The accommodations were lovely and immaculately clean. All the comforts of home with our own parking space beyond a secure gate. Duke and Van were so amazing and thoughtful in every way. They made us feel welcomed and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and will never again worry about finding a hotel. This is our home away from home and look forward to our next visit.

Without a doubt the luckiest find of our traveling days. A great apartment that is secure and safe and in a fantastic location walking distance to so many features of West Hollywood. And to make the stay even more comfortable Duke & Van are wonderful people who actually cared about ensuring our stay was trouble free. From restaurant advice to driving tips Duke & Van we our personal travel guides. Certainly somewhere we plan to stay at again!
