This house is quite spacious approx 1800 sq. ft. Located in the heart of West Hollywood moments from everywhere you want to be. A 5 minute drive and you are at the famous Pacific Design Center.

Our stay was wonderful! The house is perfectly situated - close to everything, but in a quiet location. The staff were very efficient, especially Patrick who was really attentive to all our needs. Thanks for everything, Patrick! The house is very spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. The patio/steps leading down to the garden/pool area need to be checked. The only other problem was the bed in the bedroom off the kitchen is very small and should only be used by kids. It is extremely uncomfortable for an adult. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect.

Disappointed
AtlantaGreat inside, not so great pool

The check in was easy. We arrived on a Saturday, so guy had to meet us with key for an extra $50 which I didn't really appreciate given the price we already paid for 3 days. The house itself was great! Clean and every bit as nice as the photos. The pool however was another story. Not very clean( you could see mildew on sides under water and bad on slide) and while not terrible, there were some leaves in the pool, and nothing to clean them out with. The jacuzzi was not on, and was complicated to operate (no written instructions anywhere). They came and marked it with a sharpie after we had already been there half our stay, but it turns out it was trying to heat entire pool and that's why it never heated jacuzzi enough. Then they showed up Monday morning( our last full day in house) and turned it off, which didn't allow us time to heat it back up to use that day. Also, on that rock sculpture fountain thing does not work, and had animal feces( like from a cat or dog, not just birds) on it. I should have taken pictures, but we were only there for 3 days. I realize they cater more to long term rentals, and if we had stayed longer they probably could have resolved the pool issues. But we paid a higher rate for a shorter stay, and should have been able to expect the pool to be clean, jacuzzi hot, and all ready to be used. Was supposed to be a romantic weekend for me and the wife, and the private pool and hot tub were the primary reason we picked the place aside from the location. If pool was well kept, it would be well worth the money. As I said in the beginning, the inside was great. But with the pool area being the primary draw, it's the first picture in the add, it should be kept up to par, and I would not rent again in that condition. I marked average on cleanliness, because inside was excellent, but pool was very poor
