This house is in excellent condition.
Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two wonderful home owners!
Everything from check in to check out went along without any complications.
Mrs. Kennis Mak would always pick up the phone or email back whenever we had a question.
The washing machine and dryer are Miele products. The kitchen is really well done. Every detail in the house is just perfect!
So, if you you don't wanna miss a thing while staying in this fabulous area, this is the place to stay at.
It's as easy as that.
You can't be wrong with Mrs. Kennis Mak!

We normally stay at the Chateau Marmont when visiting my younger daughter who lives in West Hollywood, but as we were going over Christmas my elder daughter suggested we rent a house so we had more room to cook and take naps when we wanted without constantly being disturbed. We loved the look of this one. It is like some little gingerbread house Hansel and Gretel would come across in the woods and as soon as we made inquiries Kennis, the owner, was so helpful that we went ahead. We were so glad we did. West Hollywood is just fantastic for shopping and going out for brunches and coffees and bars and dinner. The neighbourhood is brilliant - there is an amazing supermarket with absolutely everything just down the road, great restaurants, boutiques, hairdressers... all within walking distance and it is very safe. All the neighbours were out walking their dogs - West Hollywood is one of the rare american cities where people really do go for walks. We loved the fact the house was gated and there's a charming courtyard in the back. There is every comfort you need. You can book cleaners through Kennis who are so thorough, the place is absolutely spotless. We had comfortable beds, a really well-equipped kitchen and two bathrooms with plenty of cupboard space. There are orange and lemon trees all around and there was nothing nicer than going off for a long celebratory lunch and then snuggling up on the huge comfy sofa to watch TV in the evening. Kennis and her husband are really kind. She didn't fuss at all. We simply called from the aiport to tell her when we were on our way and she was there with the keys and gave us a quick tour. When we checked out she refunded our deposit even before we left the house. We will definitely return. It was far less expensive than a hotel and far more enjoyable. It is also much more spacious than many of the properties for rental and as it's just off Doheney, a really easy place for taxi drivers and friends to find. Thank you Kennis!

This fantastic property is a perfect base for a Los angekes vacation. We are a couple and enjoyed every single minute of our 20 days .Several grocery stores are found nearby, the house is not far from lax. It also just a short ride to The Grove, Hollywood Blvd or Beverly Hills. Walking distance to Santa monica blvd and Sunset blvd.The kitchen is well equipped. We really can recommend a stay in this West Hollywood house!By the way the owner is the sweetest lady ever !

We stayed in this quaint, comfortable house for 10 nights. The house was well furnished and very comfortable. The landlady was a beautiful person, both in appearance and more importantly in accomdating the tenant. She was helpful to us and willing to satisfy any request. This was a class a experience for us and we highly recommend this short term, furnished housing to anyone who wants a nice place to stay. You won't be disappointed.

A wonderful place to stay in West Hollywood.
The house was exactly like the pictures. The luxury of a hotel with the bonuses of the conveniences and space of home. It was perfect for our two small children having the space of the little garden and courtyard. The owners were wonderful in helping organize some extras for the kids that made traveling overseas so much easier. The house had everything we needed and more.
Equally the place would be ideal for 2 couples seeking an alternative to a hotel with the bonus of having parking included with space and privacy to relax.
West Hollywood was a wonderful place to stay. It was great being in walking distance of so many of the great la attractions. The proximity of the local cafes, supermarkets and parks was great.
We would definitely stay again on another trip to la. -

Lived here for four months, two adults with a toddler, and it's been great! Very cute and safe neighborhood, close to everything, you easily walk to parks, food stores, high end shopping, restaurants, cafes etc etc. House is very clean and comfortable with all equipment you might need, and since it is gated it is perfect for kids. Two large bedrooms with two baths and a cosy dining/living area with a fireplace. Outside area in the back is perfect for grilling and outside dinners, we also spent a lot of time in the small grass area in front of the house, just hanging out in the sun. Owner are very friendly and do all they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Will absolutely recommend it and hope to get to stay here again next time we come over.

The location was central among many popular tourist spots and within walking distance to food store, coffee shops, restaurants etc. The owner was delightful and this was a great first experience for our vacation home rental. The place is quaint and has a great little outdoor area as well, no negatives at all! Won't even look elsewhere if in L.A. area again :)

the perfect location, if you wanna stay in WeHo and be close to everything. On the border of Beverly Hills, with walking distance to great shops and restaurants, you can't get it better.
The house has two great bedrooms with sep. baths, so you don't feel like sharing, if you travel two or with big kids.

The house is perfectly located with a walking distance to the big supermarkets as well as the nice cafés on Melrose.
Parking permit is included which is great as street parking can otherwise be challenging in West Hollywood.
The house is spacious and with all the amenities you might need.
I traveled with an infant and Kennis the owner lent me their baby cot.
Kennis is always very helpful and flexible, and I can highly recommend staying here for shorter and longer periods of time. I suggested the house for my friend, his wife and 18 months old daughter, who rented the house for 10 days. -

I rent this house for my family. The owner has been very helpful and very nice. My family loved this place beacause the house is decorated with really good taste and because they could walk around ( sunset, Santa Monica).
I have already suggested to my cousin and her kids to stay there when she will visit me.
