Bedroom upstairs has a window (which can be closed) looking down into the living room. 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. Hardwood and tile floors in main living areas. Berber rugs in bedrooms. The property was as advertised. The area was quiet and very close to beaches and downtown Hyannis. The deck was a nice place to sit and have coffee in the mornings and enjoy a drink in the evenings.

This home is clean, roomy, and well-located. Steven was prompt, efficient, accessible and professional. My husband and I stayed here for a week after Memorial Day weekend with another couple from the UK. We all loved the home and the yard. The kitchen is well equipped, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. We are not big television watchers, but the televisions are there and working! Appliances all worked, and the beds were comfortable. I would recommend this vacation rental with confidence.

We were on holiday with another couple all from Lancashire in the U.K. We chose this property because it suited our needs, it was ideally situated for touring and it had great reviews. The house is in a good neighbourhood and well exceeded our expectations. Steve the owner is genuinely helpful and good to do business with. We can only support the previous reviews “It’s a gem”

Brilliant week, great house

It was our first visit to Cape Cod and we were not disappointed with the area or the accommodation. The house provided the perfect base for our week exploring and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and everything was of a high standard. The decor is very tasteful and nice to return to after a long day. The garden is well kept and inhabited by birds and rabbits! We would thoroughly recommend a stay. Thanks Steven, a great owner.

We were pleasantly surprised, it is more lovely than the pictures
it is bright, very clean & had plenty of room for the 5 of us. 4 adults 1 child.
Steven was the best to work with. Any question's were addressed right away. We were pleasantly surprised to receive our deposit the wed. We returned home.
We will recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the Hyannis area.

We rented this property for a week and fell in love with the space, location and luxury from the minute we stepped in. There is plenty of space and really do have everything you need including wi-fi and cable TV. The location is superb for exploring the entire Cape and Craigville Beach is right on your doorstep. It is in a quiet street with off road parking. An absolute dream property and we would recommend 100% for a family with 1-4 kids !

This house is exactly how it is pictured and described! It is a beautiful property situated in a lovely tree lined street minutes by car from the centre of Hyannis! The house was so clean and airy! The owner was excellent to deal with and I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

The pictures accurately depict this bright, cozy Cape Cod. It was well situated for sight-seeing in Hyannis Port, Sandwich, Harwich, Chatham and Orleans. In the summer it is also possible to get a ferry to Martha's Vineyard from Hyannis Port. The owner was easy to work with.

My husband, sister and brother-in-law rented the Cape for Thanksgiving vacation. It was very easy to rent on line and when we got there the Cape was more than we expected. Every amendity was there and the cleanliness was superb. The owner was delightful to work with, and we would recommend this property to everyone. We hope to return.

My Family and I were looking for a nice property to rent for columbus day weekend. This house was beautiful and located so close to many local activities we had planned. It seemed as if we were 10 minutes from everything.
The beach was so close 2 minutes by car from the house. And we could smell the ocean from the deck every morning. The pictures don't do it justice, We had a great stay and are very thankful to both the realitor and owner for being so helpful and helped to make this trip so special for my Family and I. -

The house was as shown in the pictures. Very clean and bright! It was nice to have a yard and deck. It is in a quiet resedential area. The appliances were newer; the kitchen well stocked. The owner was very responisve to our questions.
It was a short walk to a scenic area near the water and a short drive to a very nice beach. The house had beach chairs and floats; we left a cooler!
The town of Hyannis had some great restaurants; we ate very well!
You will have a great week in this house!
