All brand new furniture and contemporary art decor with stunning Pool and Courtyards views! this corner unit is located on the 4th floor and offers lots of privacy. The split floor plan with 2 bedrooms feels like 2 master rooms since they each have their own private bath! 2 HD TV's 42 ", one in the living room and the other one in master bedroom.

This is the BEST location in town, walking distance from everything! grocery store, pharmacy, movie theater, Kravis Center, Convention Center and best coffee shops and restaurants in Cityplace. Less than 1 minute drive (aprox. 10 blocks distance) to the Island of Palm Beach Worth Avenue Beach...!

Community offers club house with private theater room, business center, pool and jacuzzi area, gym and library room. Unit comes with one covered parking space and offers wireless internet upgraded HBO cable package and all utilities included.

  The condo was comfortable, however, I should have realized that when the owner does
  not use a cleaning service, it is not going to be particularly clean. In addition to this, there were many personal items that I felt should not be in a rental...ie., food in the refrigerator, clothes in draws, personal items in bathroom draws and closet. There was also a problem with
  the toilet flapper leakage. The owner was aware of this since he was the last occupant there before my arrival. City Place is a great location for having everything right outside you door.
  Having said that, all the advertisements claim it is only a five minute drive to the beach.
  While this is true, it costs an outradgeous price of $5.00 an hour for the meter.

  We use a professional cleaning company for all of our rental units in city place. There was not food left on refrigerator other than bottles of water for tenants convenience. There was no personal items or clothes left behind except extra towels that the cleaning service left drying on dryer for new tenant before checking in.
  The only misleading information we find is the feedback from this unhappy tenant who for whatever reason is coming up with inaccurate information about the conditions of the unit. Tenant did not call right away to complain about having any issues with the cleaning service, personal items, etc etc etc ... and now writes this review? mmmm

  Outstanding location

  Was very well located! We had livlieness in the evening within walking distance of shops, restaurants, movie theatres or privacy and peacefulness of our condo unit at the Courtyards at Cityplace. Also, downtown district of West Palm was also within close walking distance. Loved it and Gigi (at rental company) made our stay more than pleasant. She was very professional and went out of her way to be extremely helpful.
  We found the grounds and pool area to be extremely well maintained making for a very relaxing and peaceful holiday. We did do a lot of meal preparation in our unit and found the kitchen to be adequate although a little run down. It still served our short term stay purpose quite well but could use an update. The only other thing we missed was having a balcony so we could sit outside. Although this was not a dealbreaker for us. We would return for another stay without hesitation as the positives well outweighed any negatives that this location had to offer! And again...muchas gracias Gigi!
