The condo is located in a well-maintained, secured building with gated, covered parking. The doormen were very polite and helpful. The building is very clean and the residents are quiet. We never saw anyone on our floor. Although, we heard a dog barking a few times. The fitness center has plenty of machines and weights. The pool area is very nice. The condo is very clean. The linen closet is stocked with towels and sheets. The kitchen is well equipped. Cleaning supplies and paper products are provided. It is great having a washer and dryer in the unit with detergent available. The view from the balcony is beautiful. City Place is a great location. Lots of shops and restaurants to visit all within walking distance. The beach is located about a mile from the condo. A very easy drive. There are beach chairs and a cooler in the condo for use. Easy access to I-95. We did not find the bed and pillows to be comfortable.

We recently stayed at this condo in City Place. We really enjoyed our stay! Val was wonderful to us, helped us with our luggage, showed us around and gave recommendations on making our stay perfect. The pool and health club were very nice and we loved sitting out on our balcony looking at the view! Everything was provide to make our stay comfortable.

Condo is exactly as pictured... lovely. Well appointed kitchen & every amenity one would desire. The pool is surrounded by lush plantings in a courtyard. Also included is free parking. Central location made leaving the car behind to walk everywhere a cinch. Owner was very pleasant to deal with. We will definitely stay there again.

If you are looking for a one bedroom that's centrally located with great views, your search has concluded. Add free sheltered parking, a heated pool in a garden setting, gym, wifi, cable TV and you've got the perfect pied-a-terre. We booked this on line, it was our first foray using this method so I had my reservations. However I found the owner Val to be worthy of our trust. He clearly takes pride in his unit. The apartment was represented as advertised. It's attractively decorated, bright, quiet and clean. We particularly enjoyed sunsets from our living area and terrace. The 24 hour doormen are friendly and helpful. A short stroll finds you in the heart of City Place with easy free trolley access to downtown West Palm Beach. We had a great stay. Thanks again, Val.

We stayed at the City Place penthouse condo for two weeks in December 2012 and enjoyed our time there. Location is very good; you can walk to the restaurants and shops and also enjoy the movie theatre at the City Place without a car. West Palm Beach downtown is also easily in walking distance.
The apartment is very comfortable for two people and it has everything you need on your vacation. The building is well maintained and there is always someone in the lobby to help you.
We would recommend the penthouse condo for your West Palm Beach vacation. -

I needed a place in downtown West Palm Beach for a month. I searched online for 2 weeks so when I found this property in City Place, I didn't hesitate. The location is perfect, walking distance from just about everything West Palm has to offer. The complex also has a fantastic private pool and courtyard with friendly residents all enjoying the sunshine. The condo is comfortable with all the conveniences of home and secure parking of course included. If your looking for a place in West Palm, book this property if available, you wont regret it.

My wife and I recently stayed in Val's luxury penthouse condo on the 12th floor of the City Place Tower and had a great time. The condo is artfully decorated, well maintained, and very pleasing to the eye. The condo was clean and well outfitted with dishes and appliances that made our stay most enjoyable. The location of the condo placed us in easy walking distance from not only the sights and scenes of the City Place complex, but also the various restaurants and clubs between City Place and the intracoastal waterway. The swimming pool and other facilities on the premises, including an assigned parking place in the covered, secured parking garage, were also much appreciated. In fact, we enjoyed ourselves to such an extent that we have already booked another stay at this condo.
