Reservations guaranteed with 50% deposit of reservation total. Balance due at check-in. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival 100% of total stay charged to guest credit card, unless same days are re-sold. At owner's discretion, credit may be applied to future stay and Casa Grandview credit issued (on paid in full reservations/must be redeemed within one year of original reservation date). No refund on early departure. Bank card processing fees deducted prior to all cancellations or deposit refunds. If you reserve a special which requires full payment in advance 100% due at time of booking with no cancellations or refunds. (note rules of specials where noted).
