Three Bedroom and Two Bathrooms. Fully furnished. Kitchen is fully equipped. Lots of closet space. One car garage. Very private house. Great big back yard leading to a dock on the intra-coastal water way. Newly updated floors, new lighting, repainted inside and out, all new furniture and beds. This extremely private setting on the intra-costal waterway has a boat dock which faces the Lantana Bird Sanctuary.

I stayed here with my husband and two children a few weeks ago and must say that the photos do not do it justice. The accomodations were fantastic and we will most definitely stay here next time we come to Palm Beach!

The house is well equipped and comfortable, with excellent beds. We stayed there on a family visit to see my mother, and there was plenty of room for 2 couples and one person by herself. The kitchen is very usable, with good pots, dishes, and condiments.
The location is on Hypoluxo Island, just across the bridge from the mainland, and walking distance to the ocean beach by the Ritz Carlton. We'll be happy to stay there again on a future trip. -

My family and I had a very pleasant stay (11/11 - 11/14)at this home. We found it to be ideally located for exploring the nearby communities. It had plenty of amenities and both my 9 and 16 year old girls enjoyed their own bedroom. We started each morning with a hearty breakfast from items we purchased at the local Publix, while enjoying music Dvds on the Bose TV/sound system. The girls relaxed on the hammock in the back yard and explored the nearby bird sanctuary. Beds were very comfortable and made for a good nights sleep. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee and tea for that morning pick me up! Overall a great value for the money spent. Especially when having to consider multiple rooms at a hotel for families with children. We had enjoyed time at The Breakers in Palm Beach so not having a pool in this home was not an issue for us.

We stayed at the house 2 nights while visiting family in the area. The house is a very good size with 3 bedrooms and large living areas. There's cable TV, high-speed internet, washer/dryer, fridge, stove, microwave, everything one would have at home. The house is very nicely decorated with paintings, rugs, and antiques. The backyard is huge and we played catch and ventured onto the deck. There are also a couple of grills outside. It was a good value for us since we were able to use it as a base for local trips. Shibu and Diana were great and provided all the information necessary. Thanks guys!
