This charming 2 bedroom, private luxury pool home has sun-filled rooms, and its own tropical garden paradise. Gourmet kitchen opens to the Family Room, Dining Area overlooks the pool. Featuring granite counters, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, convection double ovens, and dishwasher.

Enormous Master Suite w/ luxurious king size bed and 20 ft. box beam ceilings. Second bedroom overlooking the pool has a desk and a trundle bed that sleeps two. built-in Bar-B-Q perfect for entertaining or just relaxing in the pool while enjoying the ocean breeze. Gym, Lrg. flat screen TVs, lrg. washer and dryer, fresh linen and much mores. P...ool is salt chlorinated (gentler on eyes, hair).

WiFi throughout the home, biking along the scenic intercoastal.

  Our host welcomed us with fresh flowers and picked us up from the airport as we had difficulty with renting a car. This was the start of a wonderful 2 week vacation. Daily walks along the water way, swimming in the pool and basking in the sun was most relaxing and romantic. The kitchen was fully stocked and our family joined us for lots of bar-b-Qs poolside. Looking forward to booking next year. Oh ya, my wife says the accommodations in the home are spectacular all the charm and comfort of true souther hospitality.

  We rented this object, in December. The house seemed to promise exactly what we wanted, presented by the owner as a `luxury private home with all amenities`.
  To be honest - this is generously overstated. The old lady is realtor and has some nice looking photos on the web. It is a normal house ok for a small family and in good shape at a first glance.
  Take care if you are looking for two separate bedrooms. The `enourmous master suite with luxurious king size bed` has no door! The headboard of the bed is attached with tape to the wall and creaks every time you make a move.
  Holes in bed linen. Half of the house`s storage capacity is closed since the owner has her stuff there.
  After three days the air condition in one room stopped to work and the owner tried us to get in contact with the aC man, who arrived two days later.
  The same with the kitchen where the drain started to leak and we had to clean the mess in the kitchen including cockroach.
  We had to pay a 1000 USD deposit in advance, no chance to do this via bank transfer, only cash via WU which costs a lot of money.
  The same at arrival - only cash accepted (why, maybe to get around the tax office?).
  We asked to arrive 4 hours earlier then offered, the owner confirmed us this as ok. Only one day before arrival she informed us that this 4 hours would cost us a half-day charge.
  The tropical garden paradise has seen some better days and still wondering from where the `ocean breeze` should come from - the house is far away from the beach.
  The check out was a disappointment.
  We have cleaned the house, expecting to get 50 USD out of 150 USD back as agreed when the house is being left in good condition. No chance to get the 50 USD.
  And she wanted to hold back 200 USD for the pool heating we used only for two hours - no word about this before.
  Close to the West Palm Beach golf course (better to play Lake Worth), very close to supermarkets.
  Watch your step regarding the financials and the procedures around this.

  This being my first experience with Flipkey and guest from oversees. I have learned to screen and go by first and second instincts. they shorted the deposit, abused a language barrier, requested an early check in, after multiple unreturned phone calls showed up 6 hours later with additional adults. Plastic grocery bags they had melted to the stovetop prior to my exiting the house. The Ac man that installed the 2nd AC unit for the addition the prior year had responded within the hour notice. This guest refused to let him in. At their departure I found garbage stacked up all over. on their demand and to get them out, they where refunded 100% of their security deposit - $50 for the mess. Once the cleaning crew left we had the dishwasher repaired do to a hard plastic serving utensil melted in the sanitizing unit that caused a major leek in the kitchen, and had all the kitchen cupboards cleaned and sanitized from all the filthy dishes, pans, and utensils placed in them.
  
  since this mutually unsatisfactory experience neighbors have rented this home for family events, months while their homes where under construction, families of the bride and wedding parties. Guest from France, Canada, the mid-west, New York, and California returns for monthly visits. I enjoy and will continue to enjoy making each vacation property that I own and that I rent out for clients the best possible experience so that they look forward to returning again soon and offer a unique unexpected delight.
