Our family stayed here for a week and it was perfect! Our favorite amenities are the outdoor shower and patio with the charcoal grill. Very secluded home that is close to all the hidden gems on the island. Will visit again!

We rented this very comfortable and lovely home the fist week of October. It is located close to the airport; a 10 minute drive after we flew in and rented a car which is a must have since the house is in the middle of the island. It is in the woods with plenty of privacy. We were there for a wedding and were able to host a small family reunion at the house. The outdoor patio gave us extra room too spread out and the kitchen was fully equipped to cook and bake a full meal for the family. We wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely rent again on our next visit. The owners are prompt in correspondence and returned our deposit withi a week. This home is a great place to rent and has the whole package; great price, comfort, privacy, excellent location, and fabulous owners.

We stayed at the Moses' house in West Tisbury. They are so helpful and we will definitely rent from them again if we find ourselves back at theVineyard. The house is clean and allows for plenty of space inside and out. It's the ideal place to come home to after exploring all day. One of the highlights was when the caretaker delivered a basket of fresh vegetables straight from his garden. Delicious! We had a wonderful experience! Lambert's Cove is an absolute must see! One of the most beautiful places we've been to and it's very close to the house.

We recently rented this lovely home for a week. Mark and Tess were very accommodating, from booking the rental through checking out. The charcoal grill and outdoor shower were our favorite amenities! The home is away from it all giving you a great opportunity to experience the real beauty of the island - especially Menemsha!

My family rented this house for a week for each of five summers. It has a nice layout, was always well-cleaned, and well-stocked with bedding, kitchenwares, fans, reading lights, and so on. We loved the back deck and the fact that the house is in a wooded area and on the bike path - we felt very much on our own. The owners were always wonderful to work with. Would recommend this house whole-heartedly!

This is an all-around lovely place to stay: Spacious, well-lit (windows on all sides), great kitchen, comfy beds, and everything works perfectly. Highlights: the outdoor shower (perfect after a day at the beach), the outside deck (great for an outside drink or meal), and the central location on the island (you can be to most beaches and towns in 10-15 min). The dishwasher, washer and dryer, stereo and wifi are great amenities. This is a swell spot for a family, a group of friends, or for a romantic getaway with someone special. I can't wait to return.

We have spent the last 9 Septembers in this well-apointed, comfortable house on the Vineyard. We especially enjoy the large deck surrounded by private woodland.

The owners were more then helpful with, i.e. ferry tickets, questions about the house and they were extremely attentive to any request.
The home is open and airy very comfortable. The setting is very relaxing and quiet. The kitchen is well supplied. The bathrooms were appropriate for the size of the house.
The greatest feature of the house for us was the openness and airiness in quiet relaxed setting. A nice touch by the owners was the fresh flowers left for our enjoyment. -

Mark and Tess' home in West Tisbury is quiet and private. The owners were really responsive in replying to our initial inquiry regarding availability, getting our ferry reservations, and return of our deposit. The location of their home give easy access to beaches, stores, and restaurants yet because of the out-of town location is unaffected by what can sometimes be maddening Vineyard traffic. Their well equipped home was clean,with all appliances in good working order and instructions manuals at hand. Having the caretaker Rusty right next door gave added security.

We stayed here for several nights in June of '11. It is very secluded but not far at all from beaches, playgrounds for kids or the local towns and shops.
It is nicely maintained and has all the things you would find necessary to feel right at home. We cooked several nights ourselves and everything we needed was there. We also enjoyed hanging out on the deck one night as well. We didn't have the best weather, but the home made up for it. We felt very comfortable there. -

Love this rental. Perfect for relaxation and plenty of room. We were a short drive away from all our favorite beaches and attractions. The owner was very pleasant to deal with and even sent me more pictures of the property to answer some of my questions. Hope to revisit this home soon.
