All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Pictures in book made cottage look fab and it was.
Loved the whole of the inside and the garden.
Took a little while to work out the heating. (manual or instructions would have been good).
Set in middle of very quiet village with post office shop, wonderful inn (great food).
Loved the whole week countryside, location, village and the chance to relax.
We thought there was an initial supply of logs and we had to go to Corbridge to get some.List of where to get logs. -

Cooking became a bit of a problem because the smell of heating fuel became quite sickening, had to have doors & windows open when we were using the kitchen,
Bed was very comfortable, Sofa was cosy & log fire in the evening was inviting.
Garden Pond with fish, nice to relax & watch the world go by.
Good base for traveling out & about. -

Good warm cottage, fun four poster bed. plenty of room for all to cuddle up on huge sofa. excellent for going into scotland, or to the coast to see Alnwick.
